This was the first time I stayed at this hotel. We've been coming to San Antonio for years but this was the first time we stayed here. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very accommodating and service oriented. The rooms are very spacious and at a modest price. The breakfast was good. Hot eggs, sausage, and the best Texas waffles ever! The only thing I was surprised that wasn't on the drink bar was orange juice. They had apple juice, watermelon, pineapple, and mango. They were delicious. The hotel is off the main highways and it's very easy to head in any direction you need to throughout the San Antonio area. The property itself was clean, safe, and very well kept. This is one of the nicer hotels I've stayed at in quite a while. Definitely recommend it and will definitely stay here again.

Feb 23, 2025 · Javier SolisI’m honestly only giving this hotel a 4 star rating because of the front desk attendant. HE DESERVES A RAISE AND RECOGNITION!! I haven’t ran across a front desk attendant like him in 5 years. SANDY is by far the MOST HELPFUL, RESPECTFUL AND PATIENT ATTENDANT!! He helped me get all of my belongings in my room at check in. He helped me get some items back that were accidentally taken from my room. He has been so kind to me the entire stay. The room was very clean to me compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in that had roaches. I never seen a bug during my stay. Housekeeping cleans everything great and makes sure it smells amazing once they’re done. Breakfast attendant is COMPLETELY LAZY & rude in my opinion. She approached my boyfriend the first morning asking if he even had a room here. Breakfast is supposed to start at 6:30am but NEVER does!! She deliberately takes her time doing who knows what and makes sure to have breakfast ready by 6:45-6:50.
Jan 18, 2025 · Salter LifeWe decided to go to San Antonio at the last minute so we picked up a room for 2 nights for $350 total. When we got to our room to unpack we quickly came to realize there was hair and loose change on the floor and in the bathroom. There are two drawers for clothes in the room and one had a man’s pajamas and deodorant in them. Then I went to put the drinks away that we had brought on our travels and the fridge had an opened bottle of water and a full water bottle inside of it. My husband quickly went to the office to let the representative know who had checked us in. He said they would clean our room the next day and he was sorry. I used an entire bottle of travel Lysol from my bag and a package of Clorox wipes to wipe down and disinfect every surface inside the fridge and drawers as well. After that my husband and I decided to shower after we got the kids to bed and be found a toe nail in the tub. The next day we were getting ready to go out for the day and someone knocked on our door. Naturally I assumed it was housekeeping coming to clean our room. When I opened the door a housekeeper was standing to the side of it and just immediately said “can you throw your dirty towels outside?” I was like oh okay. Then she replied with “yeah because I saw the lady grab the other ones off of my cart!” I looked around and was like “what lady because im the only lady here?” The house keeper said “oh it must’ve been the other room.” I was like “okay we’ll do you still need our towels” and she was like “no.” And then left. When we got back later that day around 8 our room wasn’t cleaned. We unfolded the sofa bed for our 1 year old and there was mold under the mattress and stains all over the bare mattress. I did leave trash inside the trash cans and wrapped in a bag, I also left my towels in a pile outside the bathroom, but I seriously feel like we left the room cleaner than before we arrived. I will say it’s right between two targets, an HEB, a Trader Joe’s, the airport, and all that great stuff. Good restaurants around, but it’s far from the tourist attractions.
Mar 18, 2025 · Angelica RamosHorrible. It's so disgusting. The room was not clean. And I mean OBVIOUSLY not clean. Dirty q-tips left on the floor from previous people, the counter had some kind of stains that were easily wiped up by us so they didn't wipe it down for sure, the shower has stuff dried onto the walls and when I turned the water on, stuff floated down the drain. The only thing is that the beds are comfy. Breakfast absolutely sucks with barely any options, but I could've lived with that if only my room was actually clean. These people don't give a shit.
Apr 05, 2025 · TaylorJust stayed our first night. If it wasn't non- refundable we would leave. Bathtub and surround were so nasty. Turned on the water and you could see a film of dirt. My daughter stood on a towel to shower. Countertop didn't look like it had even been wiped. 3 used q-tips on the floor. We're going to buy clorox wipes so I can clean today.
