Pool: not available and no discount for being lied to. No sauna at all. Toilet seat yellowed plastic areas. Exposed just-plastered area in bathroom, other issues. 5th floor rug seemingly not nailed down. Breakfast was good. Just a 2-star hotel. Even if available, pool was this tiny L shaped thing. It was full of water, think I remember seeing it was closed by the state.

Jun 15, 2025 · SysGodDO NOT STAY HERE. The one good thing I have to say is the location and how easy it was to get on the interstate. Aside from that the staff was terrible and not helpful. We arrived at 4:00pm and were told our rooms were not ready. Typically, this wouldn’t be an issue if we didn’t have important reservations. The concierge was refusing to give us a timeframe and did not want to call cleaning services to see if they were working on our room. She was rude from the start and was not willing to give us any information. At this point, I wanted to speak to her superior but she said he was “gone” for the day and there was no way she could reach him. She laughed in my face when I told her I had an important meeting to attend. Her attitude belonged to a McDonalds! It was an awful experience. The rooms were gross so we decided to stay one night due to the lack of cleanliness and poor customer service. Do not stay here!!!!
Apr 26, 2025 · Olivia McDanielEverything was great except the bed spring was in my hip when I slept. Otherwise a nice quiet room with microwave and fridge in my king suite. Nice how you can close off the bedroom portion for quiet Also, BIG PLUS, with the constant air/fan feature on the thermostat These are very hard to find nowadays so I was very excited. My service dog and I really like our white noise. Staff was nice breakfast was ok but had bacon so that's an A+ in my book.
Mar 25, 2025 · Lisa NardiLocation is fine, close to fast food and gas stations. Service was not great. Careful when booking- their phone # rings to a third-party reservation system that up charges you more than what the rooms actually cost. Entire second floor smells like pet urine. Stains all over the walls and the furniture. Gets the job done but I would not stay here again.
May 15, 2025 · Shelby MullinsI found a bug on the desk as soon as we walked in. It was dead and I made no big deal of it and am not now. I thought maybe they had just sprayed and that was a dead one from that. But that’s not why I’m writing this review. I went to the desk at 9:15pm last night to try to extend one more day. The girl was sitting directly under the hotel camera (behind the desk) dead asleep. I laid my cell phone and wallet on the counter kinda hard to wake her. She had her elbow on the counter and head leaned on hand just snoozing away! So I ask about extending and after she took 30 seconds batting her eyes and waking up she moved to the computer and after a lot of clicking she says “well the room is booked but I don’t know if they want that specific room or if that’s the only room available, you will have to check back in the morning.” Wait, what? U can’t tell if my room is booked for tomorrow???? I got on Expedia when I got back to my room and said 6 rooms available. Went back this morning and the lady working this morning was unbothered by the fact her employee was DEAD ASS ASLEEP AT 9:15pm! Her eyes were so red when I woke her up. And then she don’t know how to tell if my room is booked. Not to mention who knows what street people might have just walked in last night during her beauty rest! I hope the owner reads this and views his cameras between 9:15-9:21pm on April 19,2025! UPDATE! There has been a woman loitering on the side of the building right by my parked car for hours and as we take our dog out and she is always still there. Almost 5 hours now and they won’t do anything about it!
