Jun 14, 2025 · Matt AlbertsWe stopped here on our way to Tennessee and it was a very pleasant overnight stay. The hotel was spotless and the rooms were comfortable. Bedding was clean and comfortable & the room had plenty of outlets, a makeup mirror, functioning hair dryer, etc. Many hotels have declined since the COVID times but this one was clean, had friendly staff & was very close/accessible to downtown as well. The lobby is also very nice if you have other guests to meet with or to work. We will be back!
Mar 16, 2025 · Jamie WThe rooms were quite small. It was very clean, it didn't smell like cigarette smoke which is a plus for us. The size room was fine for a couple. We just spent the night because we had to be at the hospital early the next morning. I didn't like that they put us next to someone else when there were not that many people at the hotel. It would have been nice to have some privacy since I could hear the person in the other room throughout the night. The plus side to the hotel is the location. We were five minutes from the hospital. It was a bit pricey, but it serve it's purpose.
Feb 26, 2025 · Mia RodI recently stayed at the Courtyard Asheville Biltmore Village during my visit to Asheville from Pennsylvania after many years, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. The hotel and my room were spotless, with a fresh, pleasant scent throughout. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable—from the friendly front desk team to the attentive servers and housekeepers. Mabel, in particular, was incredibly helpful and made everything so easy for me. The location was perfect for exploring Asheville, especially the nearby Biltmore Village. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Asheville!
Mar 04, 2025 · Erkan OcakThe rooms weren't spectacular but fair. The service people were nice to accommodate a couple requests we had. The location is within walking distance to downtown Ashville (the older historic part).
