May 31, 2025 · capeman10On May 1, 2025 I made my original reservation for June 24 and 25th 2025. I called back on May 7th and spoke to Madeleine. I asked her if she would honor the same rate rates that I received if I changed the dates to later that week. She said yes and asked me what rate I received. I waited for about 15 minutes and telephoned back since I did not receive an email confirmation. She said ok & sent me one. The second night was higher. I phoned back several times and Madeline never answered. On May 8, I spoke to Jasmine after continuous unsuccessful attempts to reach the front desk and numerous times being transferred to housekeeping.. I stayed on the phone while Jasmine sent me an updated email. I asked her if she could send me a breakdown of the price which included per night cost and tax. She said she was unsure of how to do that. I asked her when she had the opportunity if she could find someone or the manager to send me the breakdown. She told me the manager‘s name was Benjamin. I received no response on May 8 or May 9 back from Jasmine or the Benjamin manager. Around 4 PM on May 9 I phoned back to the hotel & the front desk clerk put me on hold and later disconnected me. I phoned back and kept getting a recording. I ended up calling the toll-free number for Hilton and CANCELED my Reservation. Please do not stay at the Hampton Inn Biltmore Village. Horrible customer service!!!
May 10, 2025 · Alexis GarlandWe've stayed at this Hampton Inn multiple times, and each time have come away commenting that this is one of the best Hampton Inns we've ever stayed at. The rooms are spotless, breakfast is a step above your typical motel breakfast and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's a great place to stay for a visit to Biltmore Estate or downtown Asheville.
May 08, 2025 · Tom DillsLovely hotel with a large room. It felt quite spacious. The room had two queen beds, a sofa, and a table with chairs. Separate section for microwave fridge and sink. And a separate area for the bathroom, closet. They had reusable containers for shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion which is very much appreciated, and other things like hair dryer, safe box, alarm clock. Plenty of outlets, towels. The beds were comfortable. Housekeeping was every other day. Our stay was nice. Great breakfast with hot items and Continental breakfast too. Fresh fruits, yogurt, juices, coffee, waffle makers, pastries. The staff was very nice. Great experience, would definitely stay again if I am in this area again. Plenty of parking outside. Minutes away from downtown and restaurants.
Mar 06, 2025 · Sanjeeta PaiGreat location, very close to Biltmore entrance. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. HVAC heat was not controllable in our room, room was a little chilly for us. We had what they called a “suite”. Only difference from a regular room was a wet bar. But there was no dresser to put your clothes, one drawer with wire shelves under the TV. Kind of strange. We were there for 4 nights and would have liked to be able to unpack all of our stuff.
