We just checked out yesterday and I have to give kudos to Sharon! She really made us feel at home (we flew in from Florida). Sweet, kind and funny, can't say enough about this lovely woman. Thank you! As for the hotel itself, quiet, clean and smelled very nice. Beds were comfy with soft pillows. The location is a bit far from the city, but we enjoyed the peace and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel if your looking for a peaceful night's rest and friendly folks!

Apr 15, 2025 · Sara HernandezWe stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in Woburn during my son’s graduation weekend, opting for this location due to the inflated prices and high occupancy of hotels closer to Boston. While the service was exceptional, the property itself showed its age. Pros: Exceptional front desk service: The staff (Gentleman June or Joe)went above and beyond—friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful during a hectic graduation weekend. Convenient parking: Free on-site parking was a major perk compared to downtown hotels. Functional amenities: The room had the basics we needed (comfortable bed, clean bathroom), and the bistro offered standard Courtyard breakfast options. Cons: Outdated facility: The hotel feels worn, and our room had a faint musty odor (possibly due to older carpets or HVAC). Distance from Boston: Be prepared for a 30-40 minute drive to the city—manageable, but not ideal for frequent back-and-forth trips. Price still high for quality: While cheaper than downtown, the rate felt steep for an aging property
May 20, 2025 · Qin CuiThis hotel was a go-to for years. It’s now extremely rundown and the rooms are filthy. A motel experience for hotel prices. It’s very loud - easy to hear people talking, TVs, toilets flushing, etc. My room had a balcony and the door lock was broken and the top of the handle was chipped off. I had the heat set all the way to 77 and the vent continued just blowing cold air. Splash marks all over the walls, stains smeared on the back of the door, dirty curtains, hair in the sink and bed that didn’t belong to me, someone’s dirty sock on the floor from the guest before me. I think the beds were remade and nothing was changed between guests. The closet door was just missing from its rails, tissue box was empty. Housekeeping never came by. I requested “extra housekeeping” in the app, which was ignored. I used mobile key, but any time I walked through the lobby, no one was at the front desk. I never crossed paths with a staff person in 3 days. This was my final stay here as there were cleanliness issues during my stay before this one, too. (I was given a room key and walked into a room that had been used and never cleaned at all. When given a new room, it was similarly dirty to the most recent stay.)
