Checked in Friday evening with a gentleman with whom, despite my honest attempt, I could only barely understand his English. Asked the Front Desk to cover the smoke detector light so I can sleep. They assured us they had asked their maintenance tech to do it. It wasn't done. They lied. Or set up their maintenance guy for failure. Either one is bad. On Sunday we called for a late check out. Only for cleaning staff to knock and then open our door at 9:10 while we were occupied within. There were no trash bags in our rooms bins. This hotel, along with any other Hilton location, has disappointed. DO NOT STAY HERE.

May 11, 2025 · Razu HaradaSub par experience. Arrived to a room that was smoked in. Went to get a new room which I got and was great. However no apology. Printer didn’t work and had to have the front desk print something out which they did great. Breakfast was poor. Half of everything in the hot bar was overlooked and the other half was basically cold. Omelette potatoes and sausage patties were all fine but cooked with no care to cook both sides. Checkout was unprofessional. Having computer system issues and was told “ you’ll need to leave your key over there” Nothing overtly horrible just really unprofessional and low quality for what I have exper at most other Hilton properties. Good but overpriced restaurant walking distance away.

However, get there before 9am because they put everything away promptly at 9. Shares a parking lot with Chick-fil-a! Has a pool that is heated!
Mar 11, 2025 · Monica ChristopherUpon arrival, i met Aldo at the front desk, where there was no greeting, nor thanks for being a Diamond Member, which I will address with Hilton directly. He was too worried about showing a card instead of using my Hilton CC on file. I've never been ask for a CC and I explain to him that I book thru my agency and I don't travel with the card. All other Hilton across the US and internationally do it I don't know why they couldn't. Then I get my key card go to the 6th floor and the cards don't work. At this point I'm pissed. FFwd to the next day I stopped to the desk to change payment to another rewards card and was met by Jason. This guy evidently didn't want to work or talk. He was somewhat rude and uninviting but he did change the payment. This hotel needs to have some training with their front desk and their customer service. The breakfast staff was good and had good attitudes. The carpet in the rooms were not vacuumed good at all and the paint is falling off the ceiling in the bathrooms. I probably will never stay here again on my next business trip.

I called and spoke with both the front desk and housekeeping multiple times, but they claimed they didn’t find anything. They were high-end clothing items totaling around $600, including some brand-new pieces with tags. I was really disappointed in this. How did they magically disappear? Not a single item was recovered, despite my providing multiple detailed lists of what was missing. Each time, I was simply told, "No, we don’t have any of that."
