I can’t say enough about my extended stay at this location. EVERYONE treated me like family! You’ll be greeted at the front desk with professionalism especially by Michaela or Millie. The guests services staff: Crystal, Denise, Marie…EVERYONE are extremely friendly and work very hard making sure your room is clean and comfortable. The managers Taylor and Frank are awesome!!! They keep the hotel running like a well oiled machine!

May 15, 2025 · FreidaLynn ParkerMy bathroom was absolutely gross. There were hairs from what had to be several individuals in the shower. I discovered this at about 11pm when I went to shower before bed. This was also when I discovered that a large number of the lights in the room didn’t work, and that the carpet in the room was dirty. When I had arrived earlier in the evening, I discovered that the bathroom floor was wet. At that time, I assumed the floor had been mopped recently, but now I wonder. I decided not to shower because it was so gross. There was hair on the floor, hair stick to the walls, and the shower had so much soap scum buildup, it looked like spilled paint. I had hoped to speak with the front desk staff when I left the next morning but no none was available. I had to leave before I could track someone down. When I came back and my room had been “cleaned,” all the hair around the shower and sink was still there. I can’t imagine how long some of it must have been there for. I grabbed my stuff and left. I didn’t even stay for my second night that I’d booked. I can’t get over how gross the bathroom was, and that even though someone came into my room during the day, literally nothing was wiped down.
May 21, 2025 · Nicole VictorAwful stay. Best part was the lobby. No late check out available. Had to switch rooms in the middle of the night due to the bathroom ceiling leaking! The bathroom in the room above us had toilet issues the day before that caused the leak. Why wouldn’t you fix the leak to prevent this? No maintenance on hand at all. Only 1 staff member working over night. The room we moved to had a cracked mirror and a broken light fixture. Dirty hotel, mold on the ceilings. I had requested a refund of one night and was denied due to noise complaints after we had moved rooms. Will be contacting someone else regarding our stay.
Feb 23, 2025 · Laura SmithMuch better options near this hotel. Restaurant closed with no notice of that. No heat in room was controlled by front desk. No hot water in shower and bathroom not clean, come on this is basic. "Business center" or airline check in they have on site, you can forget that. Hotel just dirty everywhere. I do over 75 nights a year at Marriotts and this is by far the worst I have had in a long time. Clearly management is the problem.
