I don't like leaving 1 star reviews. The font desk was accommodating, but not kind that's why service is 3 stars. We had to switch rooms upon arrival because the first room was disgusting. Boogers and food on every wall. The second room was in disrepair. Less boogers on the wall, so we decided we would stay there. Any time someone smokes outside the draft immediately wants the smell into the room. So, constant cigarette smell. I'm not certain if the fans are connected, or if there's a plumbing issue, but the bathroom was also rank upon entry. I usually stay at Best Western, but booked this place last minute. I won't make that mistake again. If you're a germaphobe, this place is your worst nightmare.

It is crucial to provide an objective introduction, and therefore, it is necessary to address certain aspects highlighted by past guests. Several reviews indicate significant concerns regarding the condition and cleanliness of the rooms. One guest reported having to switch rooms due to the initial room being "disgusting" with "boogers and food on every wall." The second room, while an improvement, was still described as being "in disrepair" and having "less boogers on the wall." This suggests a potential inconsistency in room maintenance and cleanliness standards. Another prominent issue mentioned by guests is the pervasive smell of cigarette smoke, both from outside drafting into the rooms and a lingering smell within the rooms themselves, even for non-smokers. Concerns about "rank" bathroom odors and potential plumbing issues were also raised. Furthermore, one guest expressed not feeling entirely safe during their stay, which is a significant concern for any traveler. These points suggest that while the price point may be attractive, potential guests should manage their expectations regarding the state of the property and its immediate environment. For those with sensitivities to smells or high expectations for pristine conditions, these issues could significantly impact their stay. The feedback from a guest describing it as a "worst nightmare" for a "germaphobe" underscores these concerns.
For promotional information, especially for users searching "Hotels Near Of Me," the Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cherry Hill - Philadelphia would typically emphasize its competitive pricing and prime location. "Affordable Comfort with Easy Access to Philadelphia" could be a tagline. The hotel would highlight its strategic position on Route 38, making it a convenient base for exploring Cherry Hill's shopping and dining, or for a quick commute to Philadelphia's attractions. "Enjoy the convenience of free parking and stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi." The hotel might also promote its standard amenities as a reliable option for budget-conscious travelers. However, potential guests should be advised that while the hotel offers an attractive price, previous guest experiences indicate that expectations regarding cleanliness and overall room condition should be tempered. The hotel is best suited for travelers prioritizing affordability and location over luxury or pristine conditions. For guests looking for a straightforward, no-frills stay with easy road access, this property could fit the bill, provided they are aware of the potential for issues related to room maintenance and ambient smells. It is recommended that guests directly contact the hotel with any specific concerns about room cleanliness or quietness before booking to ensure their needs can be met.

Mar 22, 2025 · Michael McGoughNot a great personal experience The price was certainly attractive, and the parking was convenient. However, we personally didn’t feel entirely safe during our stay. The area had a lot of noise and a strong smell of smoke, which made it uncomfortable. Unfortunately, our room also had a lingering smell of cigarettes that didn’t go away.
Apr 17, 2025 · Meydan ElbazStayed here with a friend to attend a graduation party in the area nearby. The room smelled heavily of cigarettes and there were stains on the couch and floor. I talked to the front desk about this, and they gave me a air freshener and I had to go to my room to take care of it myself (which I shouldn't have to do if the cleaning staff did their job). Also the TVs did not have a HDMI port for some reason, which was annoying since we wanted to play on my switch (luckily I bought a portable projector with me). The area itself was also super sketchy as it was obvious homeless people/drug users lived/idled around the parking lot. The pool was closed and the "gym" only had like 2 machines in it and the room was very stuffy. When my friend and I were attempting to sleep we would hear random shouting and other noises which did not help us enjoy our experience. The breakfast was very basic and honestly wasn't worth waking up for. All in all it's ridiculous that I paid $134 a night for this dump. There's no way I'd ever come back even if they paid me to do so. Don't stay here unless you really have no other options. Anyone who rates this place higher than a 1 must be high (which would make sense given there's probably more homeless/drug users there than not). TLDR: Rooms: Dirty and smelled like cigarettes Service: Non-existent Location: Very sketchy and lots of safety concerns with the homeless/drug users idling about.
Feb 15, 2025 · Perry HanMe and my daughters came to this establishment and after 15 minutes upon arrival which was around 10:00pm . We heard alot of commotion and arguing with a few men outside our door. We were scared after they left I went to the office to tell what just happened. They didn't offer a new room which could easily happened on the other side of the building. She refused to give a refund. We felt unsafe so we left and had to find another hotel, after we just drove 10 hrs. We were exhausted. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone.
Dec 29, 2024 · Celeste MurrayWe stoped for 1 night in our trip from Montreal to Miami. First room that was given to us was not done, just not cleaned. The reception worker was very rude, she even did not bother to make some excuses. Had an attitude as we were botheting her and gave another room, which’s door was not opening easily. She came help us open the door but was very rude. In the morning there was a dispute at the reception, the police was there. Otherwise we got what we paid for, a room to sleep and the breakfast.
