I don’t often take time to write reviews, but this was bad enough that I thought I might warn others. It started when we got to our room - just outside our hotel room door it looked like someone had just finished cleaning up a murder scene (soiled and bloody sheets, plastic gloves, and a jug of bleach) - see picture. When we walked in the room, guess what it smelled like? Bleach! But, whatever - we’d had a long travel day with 4 kids, and just needed some rest. Besides that, the room was okay. The biggest problem came when a bunch of young teenagers kept banging on our door, then running away all night. I spoke with their parents, who said they’d get the kids to stop…but it didn’t stop. I called the front desk to see if they’d do something about it, and they didn’t. I spoke with the parents again, to no avail. So, I went to the hotel’s front desk, and explained the problem. They said there was nothing they could do. What?! I begged them to do something - anything - and the lady just said that she needed to stay at the front desk, so there wasn’t anything that could be done. Finally, the lady agreed to send a hotel employee with me to talk with the parents. The problem was, the employee told me that he doesn’t speak English, and couldn’t talk with the parents or teenagers. I went back to the front office, and the lady said said I should call the cops. Call the cops? They have much more important things to do, so I just asked if the front office would talk to the parents and teenagers, and ask them to stop. The front office lady then called the cops, rather than just talking with the other guests at the hotel! When I noticed the cops show up, I went and told them that there was no emergency, and I was just asking the front office to help us get some rest. The officer seemed frustrated that the hotel would call over something like this (and I couldn’t agree more). I ended up calling Marriott customer service to see if they could get the front office to help - I thought maybe they could speak with the front office, and convince them to talk with their guests about not banging on other guests’ doors. I was frustrated here too, because customer service said that this is one of their franchised hotels, and Marriott doesn’t have much of a say with management and the front office. Their solution was to have the manager of the hotel call me in 3-5 business days…which doesn’t obviously help my kids and me get any rest that night. It was a very frustrating night, and the lack of help from front office was equally as frustrating.

Apr 01, 2025 · Morgan CummingsWe took a chance to stay at a location that was close to the mall, the aquarium and the funplex. This hotel was conveniently right in the middle and near many shopping plazas so I loved the location. We went with the Bi-Level suite with the full kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms and it was very spacious. Highly recommend if you have teenage kids who want some space to just relax. Priced reasonably and the continental breakfast at the front office was yummy!!! Waffles, eggs, cold brew! I needed nothing. Tons of parking available. Only thing I wasn’t aware of was the parking fee. But it was grand!!
Feb 04, 2025 · Kay McFarlandThe bathroom is tight and had rust on some of the metal fixtures. The room itself was clean and matched the description exactly. The continental breakfast and free parking made this an affordable option for my family. We only stayed one night. If you truly are staying for a few days it would be great to have the full kitchen and other amenities that we didn’t use. Easy to get on and off the highway, yet still felt safe enough in the neighborhood. There was an issue where I got the wrong room, but the hotel staff corrected it immediately and apologized. Overall, I would say this is a good option for a Philadelphia adjacent trip.
Dec 31, 2024 · Alicia MillerThe door had no deadbolt type lock. The bathroom didn't have any soap. There was an earring left behind on the bathroom counter from a previous guest. Very easy to get to the highway from the hotel.
Apr 09, 2025 · DaniExtremely outdated residence by marriot, the included breakfast was not good i stayed from 12/21 to 1/03 and never thought eggs could be overcooked 13 days straight!!!! lukewarm coffe same product all the time only the protein rotated, however the worst oart was the service, stayed 13 nights and not once the room was serviced, after multiple visits to the front desk and talking to assistant manager and the manager, they promised and nothing, after complaining a lot a semi refresh service was done, however they only brought 3 rolls of toilet paper and a roll of trash bags and left them in the dining table took the trash from kitchen and thats it, a family of 6 with 3 towels, i had to come to front desk and ask them to giveme fresh towels, since there was no service done i asked them to lend me a vacuum, which they did, and give me a fresh set of sheets for the beds, that night i cleaned the room with my wife since the housekeeping was not coming to us, after complaining once more manager told me they would send them to do a full clean, it was very early so i told her to send them in the afternoon, i get to the room amd 10 minutes later the housekeeping lady knocks on door, i told her i requested afternoon and she said they did not told her anything intold her everyone is sleeping please leave this unit for last one of your day, ends up not coming because the other units took too long and once again I was left with no service remember 13 nights. The sofa bed mattress was about 100 years old and front desk told me they could not change it and gave me comforters to place to make it more cushioned, room was not clean had cobwebs in every corner, 1 burner of range was not working, the main door was damaged and you could not lock it and open with ease, also the shoulder on the hinge side of door was so damaged that door was not sealing properly, causing the cold air to enter room so heater was not doing anything, I had to grab paper towel and bunch it up to seal it until they finally came out (on my third complaint) to fix it and they placed a sticky weatherstrip and because of how cold it was that week kept falling off, I do not recommend this place at all, this one is 1st gen which means is very old, will never stay or recommend this place at all, stayed away from this particular one, I have stayed in other residence inn by marriott and this has been by far the worst experience ever.
