Mar 30, 2025 · Geovania Silvadisgusting. absolutely disgusting. we were placed here by the state. im pregnant and have an 11 month old baby. me and my family have been fighting homelessness for a few months now. we finally were placed and this is where we got placed. it looked nice at first. then u get to the lobby and alll of the doors and anything painted white behind the desk was absolutely gross and yellowed. every single hotel/room door was discolored and had stuff on them. theres separate buildings with different rooms and when i got into my building it smelled like straight poop. just animals and sweat and just disgusting. random smells of people frying stuff otw to the room. then i got to my room. not only did the toilet have a roach in it but my kitchen lights werent working and my window wouldnt lock. i went to the front desk and was met with an arrogant attitude. “new owners “ apparently. they were completely careless and told me to “call my caseworker”. extremely ignorant and rude towards us. probably because we were placed by the state. me and my family slept in the car last night. we sprayed the room down with a peppermint spray we made and the roaches were so active. i saw at least 20 in the time i went and came back. i dont know where ANY positive reviews are coming from. im led to believe the owner has his family posting and faking reviews. i talked to a guy that has lived there for over a year and a half with his wife and four kids. the roaches didnt come until the new owners did. and the new owners started accepting state placement and have completely let the place go since. there was also trash in my trashcan but thats nothing. theres grease plaqued up on the walls. the stove wasnt clean. the counter had white smudged stuff on it. i cannot stay here with my baby unfortunately it isnt safe. at all.
May 20, 2025 · HopeThis place is absolutely disgusting, dirty, filthy, grimy! You name it, this place is low! Do they care at all? We tried to check in a little early around 2:30pm on May 15th. They gave a very kind hearted explanation about cleaning the room and can be no earlier then the regular check in time of 4pm. Good start I respect that. I go back outside and there are people in the parking lot smoking at every door, in pajamas falling off their bodies, here is where the stay took a drastic turn. Im getting back in the car and listing to people try and fight eachother. Turns out they live here. This is more then an extended stay place. Come back around 430pm for our room and they again say sorry for not letting us in sooner due to cleaning. Wrong! What did they even clean??? The food splatter on the wall above or behind the trashcan? Mold in the drawers with silverware? Missing drawers? Damaged drawers with the bottoms falling out? Is that lotion on the pillow cases that got on my kids faces? I hope it was lotion!! Torn up couch cushions with stuffing coming out. Food stuck to every pot and pan. Ofcourse, where there is food still stuck to everything including the walls..... there are bugs and roaches. The biggest thing that bothers me is the front desk associates had some serious pride about cleaning and care and if this is what they had pride in im laughing at them. Pathetic!
May 16, 2025 · David KingThis hotel was WILD. The room was a good size, but it was so dirty. You could tell the vacuum hadn't been ran, there was coffee or something sticky and brown all over the hard part of the floor. The a/c didn't work. We turned it on and it got like 80 degrees inside. It was so hot. There were no blankets on any of the beds. We ask for blankets and the guy took us to a room and pulled them right off the beds. That's why I gave 3 stars for service because he stole blankets for us LOL and it stank so bad in the hallway, like a dead animal. but it was 100 percent a one star hotel.
