We recently used this hotel for our wedding hotel block, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The staff was incredibly accommodating and flexible, especially when it came to handling last-minute changes due to flight delays and cancellations for out-of-town guests. They made what could have been a stressful situation much smoother for everyone involved. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable — exactly what you’d hope for when welcoming guests for a special occasion. Welcome bags were given out accordingly to guests as they checked in. We received so many compliments from our friends and family about how much they enjoyed their stay. Overall, the hotel went above and beyond to ensure our guests were well taken care of, and we’re so grateful for their hospitality. Highly recommend for anyone planning a wedding or event in the area!

May 21, 2025 · Bea SMy son got married at the Mansion on Main Street in Voorhees, and we used this Westin location. The service was GREAT! The bride and bridal party had the morning of suite and an extra room for staged pictures w photographers and video team. The Westin was amazing and very accommodating to our guests and the wedding party. We also held the brunch the morning after at the Westin. It was one-stop shopping w no stress. We also had a great wedding planner, which was helpful. I lost a set of gold earrings, and they found and returned them to me. You can not go wrong w this Westin location. It looks and smells wonderful!
May 17, 2025 · Victoria EdwardsWe recently held my father-in-law’s Celebration of Life at The Westin Mount Laurel, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am to the entire staff for making such an emotional day feel effortless, comforting, and so thoughtfully executed. From the very beginning, the planning process was seamless. Living out of town, I chose this hotel and event space based on positive online reviews and its convenient location near the turnpike and I-295. What I didn’t anticipate—but so appreciated—was the incredible level of care, responsiveness, and professionalism from the staff every step of the way. We hosted the event in the Regency Ballroom and also reserved a block of rooms for family and out-of-town guests. I worked closely with Taylor and Melanie on planning the event, and they were phenomenal. Sarah was also instrumental in coordinating our room block, and their kindness and thoughtful recommendations made all the difference. Upon checking in the day before the event, I was immediately reassured that we had made the right choice. Every staff member we encountered was welcoming and accommodating—ready to help with anything we needed. The evening before the event, we were able to begin setting up, and the staff supported us with every detail. On the morning of the event, they continued to go above and beyond. When we decided last-minute to add a podium and microphone so that family members could share memories, the team had everything in place within minutes—and even walked us through how to use the equipment. The Celebration of Life itself was flawless. Every detail was attended to with care and professionalism. The buffet was not only delicious but beautifully presented and constantly refreshed. The bartender was excellent, and all of our guests commented on how lovely the service and food were. Most importantly, the staff truly cared. They checked in on us, brought us drinks or coffee, and made sure we were comfortable and supported. That compassion made all the difference on such a bittersweet day. I want to especially thank Ramy, Magdy, Bernadette, Eldo, Missy, and the rest of the incredible team who worked our event. You all helped create a warm, respectful, and beautifully run event that allowed us to focus on honoring and remembering a loved one without the burden of logistical stress. I sincerely hope I haven’t forgotten anyone, because each person involved made a meaningful impact. The on-site restaurant was also a pleasant surprise—delicious food with top-tier service. Every interaction we had with staff, whether in the hotel, event space, or restaurant, reinforced the sense that this team takes immense pride in what they do. Without a doubt, if I ever need to host another event—or simply need a place to stay in the area—The Westin Mount Laurel will be my first choice. Thank you all for making this experience not just smooth, but truly special.
Apr 29, 2025 · Meredith TobeI've attended many events at the Westin over the years. Most recently I attended a wedding reception and stayed overnight in mid February. Their Grand Regency ballroom is an elegant place and the service of the staff was first rate. Food was very good, better than expected for a reception! The room was updated and comfortable with good amenities and well laid out. The desk staff were very helpful and welcoming. A great place to stay and for events!
Mar 14, 2025 · Robert JenningsWe had welcome drinks before our at the bar of the hotel. There was space and a few tables where people gathered and it was a good spot to greet guests. Hotel rooms were nice as well. Weird that the bridal suite doesn't have tall hangers/hooks for the wedding dress so we had to improvise. We also rented out the bridal ready room which was definitely worth it for the price compared to using our venue. There were mirrors and chairs for hair/makeup service and tables and large windows. Friends and family were able to stop in to say hi. Again, weird that there was no place to hang a wedding dress but otherwise a nice space. We also had brunch the next morning. We used a third party service to arrange the hotel block, and I was put in contact with someone at the Westin to discuss the contracts for the brunch and bridal room. Communication was slow and I did need to reach out several times to get responses. During the contract period, they were pretty strict about the guest count saying that there would only be enough plates for the contracted number of guests but it was a traditional buffet with plates at the start of the line.
