Great experience with a private event, very accommodating. Rooms were nice and served the purpose. Unfortunately ours didn't have either a mini fridge or a microwave. It seemed like a bunch of other rooms had at least one and it made our stay a bit more inconvenient.

Jul 24, 2025 · Nick MachanWe had a wonderful 2 night stay during the 4th of July weekend! There were no delays upon check in and everything went smoothly. they even give you 2 free cookies when you check in! The room and bathroom were very clean and very spacious. Only issue is that there is no fan in the bathroom which can make things uncomfortable when showering or going #2. The beds were so comfortable and we slept like babies! AC was easy to control, but was very loud throughout the night. These are very minor issues. We will definitely be back here!
Jul 09, 2025 · Rasha AhmedI understand that I wasn’t staying at a five-star hotel, so I didn’t expect that level of service. I was trying to escape the extreme heatwave, so I decided to stay at a nearby hotel. However, I wanted to share a few things I noticed: 1. The pool had a lot of hair floating in it. The water didn't look clear as it showed on the photos. I’m not sure if this was an isolated incident or if regular maintenance is lacking. 2. I found hair in the salad I ordered, and when my burger arrived undercooked (pink instead of well done), the waiter said he couldn’t do anything about it. 3. The inner lining of the shower curtain in the room has a musty, moldy smell. 4. The front desk staff didn’t seem happy to be there. Whenever I requested something, it was met with an attitude. 5. The elevators were extremely hot inside. 6. The gym was hot. The A/C unit was not working well. 6. The lobby was very warm as well, and eventually a portable fan was set up. If you don't mind this then you'll probably give 5star review. However I need a basic service at least. Overall, it felt like the facility is not being managed very well.
Jun 23, 2025 · Frances BigappleI'm only giving the hotel a 4 and not a 5 because when I booked I was told that the shuttle bus would be available to pick and drop us back to the airport. The shuttle bus shut down by 9 p.m and start back up by 7:30 a.m, so this post is a FYI. I had to spend $35 for an Uber back to the airport. Also I am a gold member and I couldn't get an upgrade. Thank God that the hotel was very clean therefore I was fine with my room. Its a very nice spot to stay in spite of the reviews. I almost rebooked to another hotel because of the reviews but I'm so grateful that I didnt. It was a short 20 min ride from the airport, the front desk was very nice and respectful, the restaurant food was pretty good for breakfast. A lot to do in the area out of the hustle and bustle of the city.
Aug 03, 2025 · brina jonesI am HIGHLY disappointed in the terrible service and the way I was treated by the front desk employee TESS! She is a liar and a terrible employee. Due to her half hearted work ethic and lies my family nearly missed our plane and had to pay $128 for airport parking. She attempted to use the race card and pretend she was afraid of me. Luckily security was there to witness her theatrical performance. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, NAACP, and corporate. Not to mention, she ran my credit card before I even arrived! I will NEVER do business with this establishment due to TESS! Nicholas Flowers Rooms Division Director, I would suggest you hire qualified people. UPDATE: Nicholas Flowers the Rooms Division Director is amazing. He took prompt action to rectify the situation in person and kept his word and followed up with an email. I appreciate Nicholas and his excellent customer service! I do think he needs to terminate TESS, she does not deserve to work for such a great boss!
