Only downfall is no free hot breakfast available. Even if it was scrambled eggs and sausage! I will say that the lady working the bar is super kind and a fun addition to the team. The front desk associates were also kind, friendly and accommodating.

Mar 07, 2025 · Throtmorticus ConanicusBy far our worst travel hockey hotel stay! We were in AZ for a tournament and we are required to stay at a list of participating hotels. Unfortunately, this hotel was the hotel we got assigned to and it was a big mistake. Staff at the front desk were rude and already irritated with our kids being there. If you don't want sporting teams/kids being there, DO NOT tell tournaments you will accept teams!!! When I sent my feedback, a Chris Sutherland replied back to tell me our kids were running around the property, screaming, nearly knocking other people down, banging on guest rooms/windows at night. There were multiple teams there with kids, how the heck does Chris know it was our kids. Prove to show this place is no place for kids, let along teams. They also have this no outside food policy which of my 4 years traveling with a hockey team, is a first. Staff told us that it was a state health but when confronted of what was found online, it was a hotel policy. We are coming and going in between games and kids do not want to wait for hotel food that is over-priced and take forever to make! For our team meal, we ended up eating outside in the parking lot because they would not let us utilize their open lobby/facility. We were paying $100 over advertised prices online for this hotel because it was a "stay and play". We had 17 families that stayed for 4 nights, the least this hotel could've done was to let us accommodate us eating arrangements. Hotel itself if ok. Gym and pool is nice. Housekeeping will not make your room. They'll leave you a towel with their "tip" card on your bed. We will definitely NOT be back at this location. If you're booking this hotel for a sports team, I advise you looking elsewhere.
Feb 19, 2025 · Jonathan ShinDO NOT stay here for any tournament or family event. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BRING IN YOUR OWN FOOD OR DRINK. As if travel sports aren’t expensive enough, they make you go to your own room to eat if you don’t order from their kitchen- not restaurant- just a kitchen. Worst experience we’ve ever had in 6 years of travel hockey.
Feb 16, 2025 · Holly CrivelliThe rooms are ok but somewhat dirty. As you can see from the pictures the bathroom was dirty. Daniela was rude at the front desk. After we went to our room and heard a barking dog in the adjacent room and decided the howling was too loud for us to sleep later tonight. We went to speak to Daniela at the front desk and asked to change rooms. When I asked for a different room, she looked at me And just said why in a sarcastic tone and seemed very put out. You don’t expect a dirty room and rude staff when you are paying $300 s night for a hotel. Do better Hilton.
Mar 16, 2025 · Dr. Richard B.Great place to stay, but they seem to have ongoing problems with their reservations system. I advise confirming before travel. If not for that, great property and staff.
