This is a relatively new hotel in Phoenix. The rooms are average size for a hotel. Our room was a handicapped unit that we didn't need. The bed is very low as a result. I slept on a sleeper sofa, which surprisingly wasn't bad at all. I didn't feel the bar at all like you do on most sleeper sofas. They only provide one very soft pillow so used the extra bedding to form my own pillow. There was absolutely no hot water whatsoever for a shower. We stayed Thursday and Friday night and no hot water. On Friday night the sink had slightly warm water. I know this is Phoenix but l should have the option of deciding if l want to use hot water or not. The maid came one day and made the bed in the bedroom and refolded our used towels. We had to try and figure out whose towel was who's. They didn't empty the trash. The breakfast is round eggs with cheese. Sausage and potato chunks, juice, coffee. Toast, muffins very minimal. Our second day there we went to breakfast early and all of the scrambled eggs were gone. They still had sausage links and the potato chunks. No forks at all. Trash was completely full. One person finally got the trash taken care of. Then as we were leaving they brought out the eggs, but then had to return to the kitchen for a clean bowl to put them in. No one brought out any forks, unless they did so later. Not well organized for a Saturday morning breakfast. Stay if you want to, it's your choice.

Apr 26, 2025 · Just MeThis was my first time staying at this hotel. Upon checking in, I had problems unlocking my room. The sensor kept flashing red. I went downstairs to get the keycards replaced. The same thing again, more flashing red lights. Finally I requested my room to be changed to a different one. It seems the sensor from that room was not working properly. Overall, my stay was pleasant. The location of this hotel is convenient, near many store and shops. This hotel used to be a different one, and was recently taken over by Marriott.
Feb 20, 2025 · Kiara LeeOverall we thought this hotel was good. The price was lower than most in the greater Phoenix area during spring training season. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Parking was ample with great bright lights in the parking lot. The complementary breakfast was good and the employees were very friendly.
Mar 23, 2025 · Aaron PietschExcellent hotel which appears to have been recently remodeled. The room was clean and spacious, the shower was amazing, the front desk staff was friendly, and the location was great too. I faced no issues during my stay and would highly recommend staying here!
Mar 24, 2025 · Arnav AgarwalThis was a terrible stay. I booked a king bed suite with a sofa bed. We arrive and in the lobby a guest was concerned about his reservation that he was supposed to have but didn’t. A nearby hospital had confirmed it but apparently, there was no reservation for him. Two male managers/owners who knows, were cluelessly staring at a computer and ultimately let the guest know they didn’t have a reservation for him. Next I check in. I ask if there are linens in the room for the sofa bed my reservation said 4. Front desk lady didn’t know. I was then told linens were in a closet by who I assume was a manager. We check in and we are in a handicap accessible room with a giant open shower with no shower curtain. This would be great if we needed an accessible room with a roll in shower but we did not need this. There is no closet with no linens for the sofa bed. I go downstairs to request them from the front desk. She is hiding in some office. A man who I assumed is a manager or owner asks what we need. I said a full set with two pillows for the sofa bed, He gets on the phone. As we are waiting my son steps on a screw in the middle of the floor of our room. A light bulb isn’t working in the bedroom. We have to ask again for linens. They said they were trying to figure out what room to take them from. Finally they show up. There is one pillow. I had to request again, we need two pillows total. Our reservation says 4. Why would we be stuck in a handicap accessible room with no linens. Is the suite advertised and you actually get the handicap room as your “suite” because it is bigger? It felt like we were staying at a hospital. You can hear every car on the freeway and people below you. There was also no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. Even a $75 hotel room has a toilet paper roll holder. Considering the check in process, inability to place 4 of us in an appropriate room, screw on the floor that my son stepped on, no extra linens in the room, handicap accessible considered a suite, wide open shower with no curtain or privacy because it is handicap accessible, light bulb out in the bedroom, loud freeway and sounds below, no toilet paper holder in the bathroom, strange management, one trash can in the room, this was a 1/10 stay. It was as if the managers/ owners were brand new and had absolutely no idea what was going on. If I could rate 0 I would. Only plus was the bed linens were clean. Overall I cannot believe I spent over $200 for this room and canceled an upcoming stay in March. I will definitely not recommend this location and will be sharing our experience. A refund is in order for this terrible stay however I am aware this will not happen. Biggest rip off. Don’t book.
