Beware of the situation here. We had a failed reservation, due to an unmade room and no communication. This is a "remote hotel" so on day of stay we received a text message with the code to get into the room. But when we got in the room was not made up. The bed linens had been slept in, there was a dirty bathroom towel, and there was leftover takeout in the trash. It appears the cleaning crew did not get to the room for us. The hotel is 100% remote, so we could not talk to anyone in person. We then called with no answer and texted with no response to someone who days later has still not responded to my calls or texts. We had to find another hotel in town. I understand if a mistake was made, but its 5 days later and still no response to my texts or emails? I need a refund for a room we did not stay in.

As a lemur i approve this hotel. its really nice, and fit for a king, sometimes the logistics are difficult, but looking past that it is the best hotel fit for a lemur king in camden, TOTALLY RECOMMEND, if you are a lemur looking to relax.

This place is a gem! Our room was super clean and much more roomy than a regular hotel room. Super comfy bed and plenty of bathroom linens. Lots of little extras provided like coffee and snacks. The location is fabulous- walking distance to everything. There is a 2 hour parking lot right beside the hotel to allow for unloading/loading but then you move your vehicle right around the corner to a gated parking lot which was super convenient and secure. Host allowed us a very early check in even without us requesting. Overall wonderful stay- would definitely recommend.

This place was PERFECT!!! I forgot to take pics :( but the room was beautiful and amenities were SPOT on with great coffee, tea and even snacks. The bed was a super super super comfortable and huge memory foam (usually my husband wakes me up but not these 2 nights) the towels are really thick, bathroom amenities are lovely and great light comes in with windows all around. Yes there is some noise from the street but we also had our window open so not sure that counts and the trucks didn’t come at unreasonable times (like they do in Montreal) I LOVED Camden, the waterfall, the restaurants, the forest all around. We didn’t want to leave. We would absolutely stay here again.
