The hotel is alright. Nothing terribly bad, nothing exceptional. During our stay (Saturday night) there was an enormous amount of noise coming from the club or bar across the street. Not any fault of the hotel or staff of course, but worth considering when booking. The parking in front of the hotel is limited so they offer parking around the back in an alley that connects to an open lot. Not ideal because you can't see your vehicle if you aren't parked in the main parking area.

Mar 15, 2025 · Mahalley McClellanEasy check in and check out with kind staff. Laundry room available but no free breakfast like advertised. Room was okay for staying one night and being out most of the time. Plenty of parking. AC was very loud but blocked out street noise. ~25 min walk to Chase Stadium (highly recommend for a cheap stay to see a game). 2 pizza spots and a McDonald's nearby.
Jun 01, 2025 · Stacie NottinghamThe hotel is more of a motel (exterior entry to single units on a patio). The photos of the hotel are stylized and edited but that's expected for advertising. The room was clean but we didn't have a remote to change the channel so our TV was stuck on Disney XD for our stay. The front desk staff was very kind and fun. There is major construction across the street as well as some construction in the hotel which began before 7am and woke us up. The location is great as it's close to downtown but there was a lot of honking and engines being revved all night. Some other guests were revving their engines in the parking lot early in the morning as well which ended up waking us up. Overall, a good motel for the price and location but a LOT of noise pollution and not a place to stay if you are looking for a quiet evening. If you are looking for a place to stay that won't break the bank, it serves that role well. They need to update the photos though so you will get what you expect.
Mar 12, 2025 · Edwin TuttleWe stayed there so we were in walking distance to the Footprint Center. Room: Well, it was clean. Kind of nice, but not too much so. Area: you are close to many places to eat and all price ranges. There was a lot of automobile noise. Enough homeless people to make you uncomfortable.
Apr 22, 2025 · Paul TracyBEWARE!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!! THE ROOMS SMELL LIKE SEWAGE, MOLD AND FRESH PAINT. This whole place is filthy inside and out. We went to let the hotel manager know that the room smelled liked sewage and paint and mold. He got mad and started to roll his eyes and yell at us! We then asked for our money back and he got aggressive. There are exposed electrical wires every where. This hotel uses Expedia and other brokers to sell their dirty hotel. They use these nice pictures but it does not reflect the place. When we tried to cancel the manager got mad and said go ahead and cancel yoi won't get your money back. He said I've here 6 years and can do whatever I want so I won't give you your money back. As soon as you walk in the lobby it smells rancid like sewage. The manager has hisfamily with children living inside the check in lobby. We ended up driving back home at night because this place was not sanitary or safe for our health. The manager made threats to us when I told him that this place has alot of health code and construction violations that should make it unhabitable for humans. This place is filthy and the manager will not refund you the money even of you show him proof of the stench, mold and exposed electrical wires. The owner loves in another state and does not follow up on the place. SAVE YOUR MONEY$$$$$$$ I tried to be friendly with the manager but he became aggressive thinking things are handled here the same way it's handled in India. No sir , I will not get i to a verbal conflict with you nor would I stoop to your level.
