Do not recommend for the price and will not stay here again. The room wasn't dirty, but it was old and run down. The window curtains and shower curtain had holes and runs in them. The room and A/C smelled musty. There was apparent repair work done that was not patched to match the walls, floor, etc. Grout between tiles was missing and the toilet had obviously been replaced because the old caulk was still outlined on the floor. There were a lot of paint scratches from furniture rubbing against the walls. The phone did not make outgoing calls to the front desk. There was no clock. The TV was small and fuzzy. There was not enough towels or pillows for the number of people in our reservation. The towels were very thin , mismatched, and frayed. The mattresses were very well used. I can get over all of that, except the room cost me $240 for one night. My biggest complaint was the shower did not drain until after you were done showering and maintenance apparently does not work on Saturdays. So some of our party did not get to shower. The hotel did not have any other rooms to move us to. We left the next morning and when I asked for a partial refund they told me to talk to hotels.com because that's where I made the reservation through. Hotels.com advised me that it is up to the property to determine if they will refund and the property refused any refund. Breakfast was minimal, but there were some hot and cold options. I did not use the pool so I can't comment. The location was fine - mostly easy to find even though there is no visible sign from the street, easy parking, close to shopping and restaurants. They did let us check in early, which I was appreciative of.

Jul 30, 2025 · Katrina SandersThey should have informed me that they are remodeling the hotel when I made the reservation! Had to move to the first floor as construction was occurring on the third floor (why did the woman put me on the second floor at check-in??). Also was given a clearly previously used and filthy bottle of body wash when I asked for a replacement as our dispenser was empty. The shower has black mold staining. The hot breakfast was okay with fresh hot eggs and make them yourself waffles along with a few bakery items and cereal/ milk/ juice. (I did happen to be returning from an early flight and walked in at 05:55 with breakfast hours 6am-9am).
May 07, 2025 · Daniel BolandUnethical and emotionally manipulative management. I would advise caution when dealing with this hotel, especially under the management of Jaydeep and Daksha Devda. My experience involved dishonesty, emotional manipulation, and a complete lack of ethical boundaries. It’s clear that certain individuals in leadership are more interested in controlling narratives and power games than offering respectful service. For anyone expecting professionalism, accountability, or even basic human decency — look elsewhere. A business cannot thrive on arrogance and double standards.
Jul 21, 2025 · AKHILKUMAR PATELHorrible room. Don't stay here. The room smelled, actually stunk! We told the lady at the desk and she gave us Febreeze to spray. All that did was cover up the odor for about an hour. The tub had orange scum in it and in the corners of the wall and tub. Health hazard( orange mold). They lost a customer.
Jul 12, 2025 · Linda KozolaWe only stayed one night. This is a former Fairfield Marriott. It is being turned over. It definitely needs a deep cleaning in the main areas, but the rooms have been very well cleaned. The TV is small. I'm giving a great review, because I feel like this will be a better place once the change over is made.
