Upon entering room, noticed it immediately smelled musky from mildew. Found black mold above window ( room 344). No fan in the bathroom. The outside sitting area is nasty! Biting flies from food and drink spilled in the patio area. The flies were terrible right outside the main doors. Sitting area outside the doors was gross. Sticky concrete and chair cushions had stains. Flies were landing on the chairs and feeding on the stains. In 3 days there we never saw anyone rinse, wash down any of the areas. Topped it off with a sinus cold the day after arriving home. Probably from the nasty mildew and mold we found right before leaving.

I was promised a handicapped accessible room for our daughter, who is in a wheelchair, but when we arrived, I was told we were getting a standard room. This ruined our trip. We literally had to move furniture out of the room to get her equipment in the small standard room. My son had to sleep on the floor because there was no sleeper sofa, or couch. When I wrote a review on Trip Advisor, the hotel responded by blame shifting, telling me that they were sorry that I made a reservation on the reservation line. Who does that??? I mean, why would you make a RESERVATION on the RESERVATION line??? (Sarcasm). Also, the vents in the room were filthy, there was a spider on our bed when we got there, and the pool was very small. One night, the parking garage was full. And, the breakfast is a buffet that costs $15/person. The positives are that there were restaurants within walking distance, and the water was nice and warm for our showers.

Nice hotel in the downtown area. Good food around the area. Only downfall is the breakfast area doesn't open until 6:30 which is a little late in my case. The night auditor named Sarah takes the best care of your needs. Very attentive and customer focused. She deserves 6 stars.

Downtown location is nice, walking distance to many shops/restaurants, close to the river, etc. Rooms seem fairly outdated however, very small mini fridge, toilet seat cover was missing a plastic screw to hold it onto the toilet, shower was fairly stained/molding was cracked. The door to the bathroom had a large crack in the top. Bed was pretty squeaky. This location was better than the one on Holliday, but will probably be looking for a different hotel next time I'm in town.

Woke up by a shooting in the area (not directly affected) followed by a lot of screaming and panic from the incident. Not a lot of staff interaction. They give you a ticket to enjoy breakfast from the restaurant that’s attached, but it’s very basic hotel breakfast food. The ticket only covers 2 people. They expect you to pay gratuity for them bringing you drinks.
