This Tesla MedBed Center was my second visit. My first visit I arrived in so much pain, and using a cane. I left with no pain, feeling great, and not needing the cane any longer. I believe the center speeds the healing process. I continued to heal rapidly and experienced minimal pain. Today as I pack up to go, I feel refreshed, fully rested with energy restored. The staff are so kind and caring. I recommend this center as a favorite healing retreat. Thank you!

I stayed here for one night in a regular room and one night in their activated, healing room. Both rooms were cozy, clean and the new beds are great. The staff are all so friendly, personable and welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and will definitely come back again to experience more of their services. Thank you so much! 😍

VERY disappointed with this location. We had a 7 hour drive home and left later than anticipated so booked a room here fairly late in the day. Received confirmation and drove 3.5 hours arriving at 2:30 am. I understand this is late but we unfortunately have to do this often in our travels and have never run into trouble before. The attached photos are our confirmation email and the note on the door we found when we arrived. A business is free to run how they like but to not be transparent with the booking companies they do business with is just not okay. We drove late into the night with Dubuque being our stopping location…due to this companies lack of transparency we were unable to book a room at any location within 100 miles due to the time of day and vacancies. We ended up completing our travels through the night as it didn’t make sense to get another room at the next city over 100 miles away..checking in a 4-5 am to have to check back out in a few hours for $200/night. For us…hotels are convenient and keep us safe from late night driving..although the price here was affordable it was useless to us and very upsetting to not find until we arrived to check in.

Check in was fast and easy. That, however is the only time I interacted with staff. The lobby is only staffed 9a-11p on weekends, so when we checked out, there was no one at the desk. Consequently, the free grab and go breakfast wasn't available. Room was clean, if a touch small. Beds are very firm and sit on a pedestal that can be an issue for knees in the middle of the night. I chose not to spend the extra $200 for a night of "healing energy" but I did read their propaganda/literature. The method by which this "energy" is generated is never explicitly stated, just that you too can take it home and not have to plug the source in.

My partner and I needed a place to stay for the night and this place was decently cheap plus it had a jet tub. Score, right? Absolutely not. The tub was filthy when we got out and theres no tile on the floor around it so I can only imagine how moldy the carpet must be. I felt gross so I went to take a shower. Turned on the water and it was brown. Plus the shower head was coming off of the wall. I didn’t even want to brush my teeth with that water. There were no plug-ins by the bed. The shelves kept falling out of the mini fridge. The ceiling is cracked in some places and looks like its crumbling in others. We walked out to pick up our dinner and the main lobby door was locked, but the door leading outside from the hallway wasn’t. I’d absolutely advise against staying here. UPDATE: I’m extremely disappointed in the owner response. You take zero accountability. We did not bring in any salts and we did not use any products in the jet tub that were not provided by the hotel. I ended up with an infection due to the dirty water. If your water has a rust problem, your business should not be open until it is fixed. Noting that both my partner and I left reviews being “misleading” is actually bullshit. We are two different people, both of which stayed at this place and had opinions. We are both allowed to share. I am disgusted at the way you operate and treat customers.
