Lady at Front desk was a bubbly friendly person for sure and just love her but the room we got is absolutely positively the most disgusting place I have been into!!! Smelled light cigarettes (non smoking room) and a damp basement! All drains even sink were open and literally had Huge Flies coming out and I had to kill like 7 of them within 1 hour!!! No Bath Towels!!! 2 wash clothes and 1 hand towel! No Phone! No Clock! Both Beds had Cigarette Burn Holes in the Blanket! Again (non smoking room) Dust was about 1/2 inch thick Everywhere! Huge Crows Flying around the parking lot which is 5 feet from rooms because of All the dead rodents and trash!! Really sucked and didn't stay long at all. DO NOT STAY at least at this location!!

May 06, 2025 · KrystalI reserved the room through the choice hotels app. Photos showed typical hotel room. Price was good for room pictured. Problem is nothing is as pictured or described! Exterior of the building is very aged and desperately needing attention. There were several men playing ball in the very small parking lot. When we went into the check in area it smelled horrible of cigarette. Check in was 3p.m. We arrived at 7:30p.m. and were informed that not only was our room not ready, it wasn't even close to ready. The lady checking us in asked if we would be willing to move to another room. We said that we would be OK with that and went up to the room. The room next to the one we were checking in to, the next door people had their door open, music blasting. We were really uncomfortable with everything we were seeing but it was about to get even worse. The room was horrible. It was a non smoking room but all you could smell was cigarette. There was a burn hole on one bedspread along with a very concerning large black stain. There was paper on the floor, thick dust on the nightstand, hair in the sink. The tub looked like it was cracked and they "repaired" it with some sort of putty. We immediately checked right back out, requested a full refund, and went somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
Mar 31, 2025 · Jackie StrawserMy dog Princess and I stayed at the Econo Lodge January 18, 2025 on our way to Florida. Unfortunately, the hotel and accommodations were not as advertised. The overall hotel building and my individual room were not very clean and well kept. The parking lot surrounding the building was not well-lit, or well kept, for that matter. The overall property requires some routine maintenance and repair and the room rates are high. Breakfast was included with the price and was very limited / basic. Breakfast included coffee and pre-packaged cookies, some white bread for toast and muffins. The single hotel staff representative was friendly, approachable and accommodating. The hotel was pet-friendly, with many pets present. In summary, this motel needs some routine maintenance and upkeep, as the motel did not match the website photos. Until this occurs, I do not recommend this motel, and would not stay again. Andrew
Feb 01, 2025 · Andrew RitchieChecked in to sleep overnight on the drive home from Florida to Ohio and checked right out after 1 hour. Kids got bit by bedbugs. When the staff came to look at the room, a bug was actively crawling across the bed.
Jun 15, 2025 · Tori JonesService was good but the room wasn’t very clean when we got here. Stopped during a snow storm and shower was nice and hot to warm us up. However the tub wasn’t very clean and had hair all over it. Sheets on bed also weren’t very clean
