Horrible hotel! I recently stayed at the Extended Stay America in Burlington, Massachusetts, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. While the check-in process was smooth, the room had several issues. The blinds didn’t work, the bathtub had mold, and there were no silverware or utensils provided, which I had to request from the front desk. Additionally, the door to the room didn’t close properly and had large gaps, making me feel less secure and being able to see into the hallway. The pillows smelled of perfume making me guess the sheets were not changed. The sheets had marks on them and to top it off, no one was at the front desk for check out and no one could be found for 15 minutes. Completely unacceptable. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

May 14, 2025 · Justin NaymanI recently stayed at here for a work conference and had a mostly positive experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my stay much more pleasant. I also met some great fellow guests, which added to the overall good atmosphere. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The room had noticeable wear and tear, including burn marks and large stains on the carpet, as well as stains on the sheets (hidden under the blanket). The light over the microwave didn’t work, and I was hesitant to use the microwave at all due to scorch marks on the outlet. Additionally, the shower water pressure was mediocre. On the plus side, the location is convenient, with a mall and grocery store nearby, which makes the kitchenette useful—though you do have to pay extra for plates and cookware, which was unexpected. Overall, the hotel is budget-friendly, and you get what you pay for. If you’re looking for an affordable stay with great staff and don’t mind some maintenance issues, it’s an option to consider.
Mar 28, 2025 · Jennifer Lynn BethkeDO NOT STAY HERE! Disgusting. The entire property is So run down and DIRTY, smells horrible of curry and cat pee. There was literally a cat roaming the hallway and a police squad car in the parking lot when we got there. Dead and alive bugs and roaches everywhere. Something spilled in the elevator, maybe cat pee? Totally FALSE advertising using the photos used to advertise to make it look like a perfectly normal, clean hotel when that couldn’t be farther from the truth/reality! The guy at the front desk was literally wearing latex gloves to check people in, which would be the first clue something is not right. We are a military family who moved here from the west coast needing a place to stay for nine + days only to see the property and immediately walk out & cancel the booking- Not a chance we would be staying at this property in such unsanitary conditions. Pretty sure most or all of the good/ neutral reviews are fake to hide the real ones.
May 04, 2025 · Breana MoniqueI checked in and realized they didn’t clean the sheets on my bed so the lady at the front desk said I wasn’t there very long to grab my stuff and she would check me out and process a refund. This refund never came back and the manager likes playing cat and mouse! Don’t book here. Worst hotel experience ever. Pictures do not match the interior either!
Mar 07, 2025 · Anthony GilmoreHonest, opinion DO NOT STAY HERE! I completely understand the price May seem reasonable but the conditions this hotel is in isn’t worth it. On arrival there was no one at the front desk for about 10-15 mins, when the front desk lady came out she seemed to hate her job ( which I don’t blame her at all). She checked me in just fine but when I got into my room the fridge and stove looked as in someone beat the crap out of them. Paint was coming off the wall and the tub, I immediately called front desk to change rooms hoping it was just that room like that. But when I went downstairs it became very clear to me that this place wouldn’t be a friendly nor safe place to stay there was a guy who you could very clearly tell was either coked up or on meth tweaking. I got my second room and my gut feeling was this wasn’t a safe place and I cancelled my stay there. Sometimes paying a little bit more for your safety and comfort is worth it, the front desk lady didn’t even seem surprised when I cancelled.
