Suburban hotel parking lot, charges $10 per day. Suburban hotel parking lot abutts massive, sprawling, empty overnight business parking lots (see view pictured from my room). Hotel is fine, spacious and clean rooms with seating areas and kitchens. Comfortable beds and pillows. Last year, my stay here was in a different, less worn room, but this one was still decent. The included breakfast is average. Note that there was no pastry or waffle option. Outdoor basketball court and pool for warmer weather are probably fun. But the lasting memory is why there is a parking charge, whether disclosed or not?! [Also, having AI respond to every review is kind of insulting. But, it seems par for the course these days.]

Hyatt House Boston/Burlington is well-equipped with services and amenities that cater to a variety of guest needs. A significant highlight is the complimentary breakfast buffet, served daily from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM on weekdays and 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM on weekends. This hot breakfast typically includes options like scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, and a selection of fresh fruit, granola, and yogurt, providing a substantial start to the day. While some reviews mention that pastry or waffle options might not always be available, the breakfast is generally considered satisfying.
For recreation, the hotel features a seasonal outdoor pool, which guests often find enjoyable during warmer months. There's also an outdoor basketball court. A 24-hour fitness center is available, equipped with modern gym equipment, free weights, and cardio machines, allowing guests to maintain their workout routines. These suites are designed with a separate living room, bedroom, and work area, providing ample space and privacy. Each suite is equipped with a well-appointed kitchen that includes a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, small appliances, dishes, and utensils, allowing guests the flexibility to prepare their own meals. The hotel also offers special programs like the "Very Important Resident" program for stays of 21 days or longer, which aims to personalize extended stays.
However, it is crucial for prospective guests to be aware of certain aspects mentioned in recent customer reviews. A notable point of contention is the parking fee. While the hotel has an on-site self-parking lot, a daily charge of $10 is applied, which some guests found unexpected and a source of dissatisfaction, especially considering the suburban location and the presence of nearby empty business parking lots. It's advisable to factor this into the overall cost of your stay. Furthermore, some guests have reported issues with room maintenance, such as uncomfortable beds or unpleasant odors (e.g., rotten broccoli smell), suggesting occasional inconsistencies in room quality. While many reviews praise the staff as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, particularly the front desk team and shuttle drivers, isolated instances of dissatisfaction with certain aspects of service have been noted. It is recommended to confirm all current policies and address any specific concerns directly with the hotel prior to booking or upon arrival to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

May 05, 2025 · neighborsrowPreviously, this was our favorite hotel to stay at when we would visit Boston but after this past weekend we won't be going back. The bed was uncomfortable and we were in pain upon waking. Then, during the last two days of our stay, our room had a disgusting rotten broccoli smell. I think waste was venting into the room somehow because the smell seemed to be coming from the air vent. After leaving we were charged additional money to park our car at the hotel which I still can't even comprehend. Apparently parking your car at the hotel you're ALREADY PAYING to stay at is some sort of luxury. We will gladly stay somewhere else from now on.
Apr 09, 2025 · Black CatsI went there for business meeting with a friend who is staying long-term in the hotel. I had the opportunity to visit his room which is very nice large with a master bathroom and a seating area in front of the TV. The breakfast offered to all guests isn't exceptional but it is decently good with a decent selection of toast, coffee, cereal, milk, etc .
Apr 07, 2025 · Nicolai CauchyMy boyfriend and I have stayed at this location three times now and we love our stay every time. Amazing deals, clean and cozy spaces, wonderful breakfast, and kind service. Shout out to Christina at the front desk. She is exceptional and as sweet as can be. After a long drive, her warmth is just what we needed. We hope to come back again as we have the past three years. Can’t recommend this place enough!!!
Jan 05, 2025 · Kyra DissingerCharges for parking were never disclosed and I was charged for a night I wasn’t even checked in. I’ve stayed here several times, this will be the absolute last time I stay anywhere with Hyatt. Edit: “correct” or not, these charges were never disclosed or authorized and charging for a night I wasn’t even at the property is beyond unacceptable. Edit 2: the Marriott down the street doesn’t charge for parking, prices are comparable. Book there instead.
