Staff is very attentive and helpful at all times. Residents/Renters do not clean up after their dogs making the grounds unpleasant to walk on. The location is prime it is close to everything within walking distance. Compared to 55 Merritt (the other extended stay) this one by far outranks the other which is dingy and the location in an area where you don't feel safe. Snow and ice clean up needs a little attention especially in the rear of the hotel. There is also no snow policy in place (move your cars so the lot can be plowed) leaving the plow unable to do their job properly. As a long term resident overall my stay has been pleasant, the Managers and the team are all knowledgeable and know their jobs well and do them with a smile which makes you comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to others especially long term patrons.

Feb 14, 2025 · LSPSubject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unacceptable Room Conditions and Request for Refund Dear Ms. Daisha, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your establishment, which fell significantly short of the standards I expected. Upon checking into my room, I discovered a substantial leak from the sink in the efficiency area. Concerned about potential damage and safety hazards, I immediately reported the issue to the front desk. Unfortunately, instead of receiving prompt assistance or an alternative room, I was handed a garbage pail and left to manage the situation myself. This response was both inadequate and unprofessional. The leak resulted in a soaked carpet, leading to an unpleasant odor and an unsanitary environment. I took it upon myself to clean the mess, despite it being the hotel’s responsibility. Moreover, when I discussed the issue with the assistant manager, it became evident that the staff was already aware of the problem, yet the room was still assigned to me. This raises concerns about the hotel’s commitment to guest comfort and safety. To add to the disappointment, I was offered a mere 10% discount as compensation. Considering the inconvenience and the fact that I had to perform maintenance tasks during my stay, this gesture was insufficient. I am requesting a full refund for my stay, as the conditions were unacceptable and not in line with the service promised. I trust that you will address this matter promptly and ensure that future guests do not encounter similar issues. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response. Sincerely, Dwayne Wallace
Apr 13, 2025 · T VI’ve never stayed at an extended stay before and I think the online photos when booking are very deceiving. I didn’t know what kind of “hire” this was. I highly recommend booking at a different hotel. For one, at this location you pull into the parking lot and are greeted by people on lawn chairs sitting outside and drinking. There are signs to not leave any valuables in the car and they don’t have any travel soaps, shampoo etc. They only have shampoo bars… I booked 5 rooms because the photos online looked fine and the price was in my budget but unfortunately 3 out of the 5 rooms checked out early because of the condition of the hotel. The hallways smelled like cooked food and moth balls. The breakfast is prepackaged bars and coffee. Just sharing my experience so no one else has to loose out on their bookings.
Oct 13, 2024 · Tori YI booked this through Priceline and it was the worst hotel experience we've ever had. My husband travels all over the country for work and stays in a variety of hotels and stated this was the worst he'd ever stayed in (and he has gotten bed bugs, and this was still worse). I had already booked and paid so we could hurry up and get to our room as it would be late when arriving (12:30 at night) and yet it still took the woman a half an hour to check us in. She would not address my husband directly. She asked, "Is he staying in the room with you?" No, I just found him on the street ten minutes ago. What do you think? Then she asked for both of our IDs, which we have never heard of a hotel wanting every person's ID that is staying in the room. She apparently could not get his ID to scan properly. We stood there for 20 minutes while she tried to get it to scan, tired, and with our food getting cold. She gives the ID back to him finally, and then asks me to get it back from him so she can try some more. The next morning my dog almost stepped on a heroin needle in their parking lot, laying beside an arm tie/tourniquet. There was no soap or shampoo provided. I've never been to a hotel that did not provide these things. I have stayed at the other hotels (also pet friendly) on this road numerous times and they were fine, no issues at all, and similar price point. If you are staying in this area definitely choose one of the other hotels and protect yourself, family, and pets from stepping on needles and you'll be rewarded with proper hygiene supplies.
Oct 17, 2024 · Alison P.Disappointed to say the least. Door lock had multiple issues with key card. Had to wait 10-20 min for assistance as clerks busy checking ppl in. Room was a suite with a kitchenette with no utensils or plates. Sign says ask front desk for some. Had to buy a roll of paper towels and plastic forks. They didn't have any avail. The room odor was a disinfectant smell. A bit too much in my opinion. Hotel room lacked basic necessities, pen, pad and digital alarm clock..not happy for room i got and price I paid.. only good thing was the bed it was comfortable.the staff was not friendly or apologetic after issues I mentioned. Check out was a cold expression from same clerk. Would not go back to any hotels in this chain.
