We had a really great stay. Everything went smoothly. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially the team at the front desk during check-in. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we didn’t run into any issues at all. The pool was nice, though I do wish it opened a little earlier in the morning (9am instead of 10am). That said, it still worked out fine for us. Breakfast offered a good variety and was always well stocked. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience. If we find ourselves back in the area, we’d happily stay here again.

We stayed in this hotel in 2018 and loved it. 2025 was not a good experience.. positive: the hotel staff and front desk very friendly. The hotel room was filthy. We arrived and noticed behind the door in the bathroom was not clean , lots of hair from the previous guest. Also the carpet didn’t looked vacuumed. The first night we noticed only 3 towels for our 4 guests .. went to call on the hotel phone which was non functional. .. it was late so we made due and decided to go to bed. The pipes in the walls started tapping. Not sure if this is when other occupants turned on water but it was miserable… we left the next day for our tour and returned around 6 pm. Our room had not been made up and no towels replenished. Because the phone didn’t work in the room I went to the front desk to see if maybe this was custom. The front desk was super polite and assure me they would make up the room the next day and they would send towels up. He also said they would fix the hotel phone. No towels ever came. My daughter had to go at 10 pm and get the towels , by then it was a different lady at the desk. The third day we left to tour and came back the beds were made up and there were hand towels replenished, but no bath towels or wash clothes the room was not vacuumed the whole three days we were there. The room phone was never repaired. Do to communicate we had to go to front desk. The pipes knocked in the wall each night. If you want to get a good night sleep Ii recommend a different hotel in the area. This hotel has definitely gone down hill in the last 5 years. I hope the time I took to write this will save somebody else some good night sleep and convience.

Booked this hotel for a minivaca for my daughter’s birthday. We had a great time and the hotel was nice. I put 4 stars for the fact that I called, with a simple question, about my hold (2 weeks later). Unfortunately, I had a not so pleasant experience speaking to someone claiming to be the general manager. I contacted consumer affairs and the ACTUAL general manager replied. He was much more pleasant and went above and beyond for a molehill turned into a mountain. Thank you for being so understanding and the great customer service!

Very nice staff. But, hotel needs a lot of help. The building is old, renovations are falling apart and piecemeal. For example, the water had to be shut down due to a leak, the jacuzzi was closed, the tiles were broken in our room, the toilet wouldn't flush, the doors were splitting apart and the curtains had holes in them. I didn't cause a stink because we were only there for two days and the staff were very kind and friendly. I would consider staying there again provided they maybe move to a new building. ;)

I just had a wonderful customer service experience reserving a room with Jennifer tonight. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. She took the initiative to point out a way for us to save $300 by changing our room type. I have not stayed at the hotel yet, but I hope this is a glimpse of the kind of service offered by all the staff.
