The worst experience ever!!! I had surgery at Riverview Hospital and I chose this hotel because it was close by. I reserved a king bed and suite when I was discharged my Husband and I headed straight to the hotel so that I can get comfortable. We stayed in room 212 once we entered the room I realized that we didn’t get what I paid for. We had a full sized bed My husband had to sleep on the floor. I called the front desk and the reception tried to tell me that I didn’t reserve a king room I told her I have confirmation then she told me they only have two king bedroom in the whole facility. She didn’t even offer me a double bed I asked to speak to a manager and she said no one was there. Then the front desk call me back telling me I only paid for a queen size bed once again she was incorrect I explained to this lady i know what I paid for and I have all my receipts. I call the next morning and spoke with a manager and told him everything I’m typing here and he was apologetic and offer to refund 30$ This was a horrible experience especially with me having surgery the day before. One last thing the manager stated that when we was checking in the two king rooms was taken. I said she should have told us we could’ve went somewhere else. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN I Don’t RECOMMEND

Apr 29, 2025 · Julina GoinesI have been on the road for months. Stayed at numerous hotels and by far this has been my best experience. Check in was smooth and the staff is very polite. Room is spacious and clean. Nadine at the front desk is very polite and professional. No isssues at all.
May 15, 2025 · Mike MI've neve stayed at an Extended Stay before, but it's certainly something different. The staff is nice and really available at the front desk for assistance. They do give the option to get cookware, utensils, & dishes fit free from them as needed. The room we stayed in had a bit of a tilt to it (chairs and things rolled around due to the slant). The greatest perk is the location. The GSP is right there of needed. There is a grocery store just 5 or so minutes one way and a nice downtown area about 10 minutes drive the other way. Overall a good luck for a transitional/ lengthy away from home stay without the limits of a basic hotel room.
May 21, 2025 · SobhanaThis was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The halls and room reeked of pot. We slept on top of the blanket because there were numerous hairs and stained sheets. Bathroom counter dirty and stained. And some strange brown caulking (?) around it. Shower had hairs. Totally disgusting. We laundered everything we had with us as soon as we got home. DO.. NOT...STAY...HERE!!! The only nice thing was how nice the poor staff that works here was during our check-in. Breakfast was meager at best. Just a horrible experience. Would give zero stars if I could.
Feb 10, 2025 · Bob LordMy dog was going to Red Bank Vet hospital for cancer treatment and I needed stay overnight because of bad weather and this hotel allows pets at a reasonable rate. The rooms were not fancy, but they were nice clean and comfortable. The staff was warm, friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable at this hotel. In the morning the have a small coffee bar with some grab and go items.
