Definitely needs updating, but the rooms were clean. The pool was under repair when we were there. It was a very hot day and that would have been nice to enjoy. The staff definitely had more important things to do than work.

Jul 08, 2025 · David StottThe location is decent. The hotel staff was great, but... The entire hotel smelled musty, and there was black mold around our tub. Even the water had an odor of mildew. I'm concerned this hotel has a serious black mold problem. Others in our group reported similar experiences.
Jul 21, 2025 · Force TrooperThis was the worse hotel I have stayed at in such a long time. So confused on how a lot of this is allowed. When we walked into the room we could smell something very interesting. Found out there was some fruit under the bed that was rotting. Looking at the bathroom, the tub had a copious amount of mold and soap scum. While putting clothes away we found alcohol bottles in the drawers. While in bed the ceiling’s spackle was falling on us. House keeping only came in once during our three day stay and with the two queen beds we had, they decided to only make one bed. The pool was closed with no information about when it will open and when booking the hotel, nothing was disclosed about it. Grabbed a soda from their “store” area and it was previously opened. Sausage at the breakfast was cold in the middle. I can say that it didn’t surprise me when I went to the elevator that every single person that rode down with me asked if my room was just as bad as theirs. Not sure where to start to make this better but when we come back again in a few weeks to see family, we cannot stay there again.
Jul 15, 2025 · Christopher RobinsonBathtubs have caulking that is extremely old and peeling off. It is very unsightly. The soap shelves have mold or mildew growing on them. I was switched to a different room and both bathtubs were the same. Not sure why this is neglected when housekeeping would see this everyday. There were spots in the carpet near the bathroom that were extremely warm. Rust on the towel racks, hair on the bathroom walls and wash rags over the shower rod from a previous guest. TVs on the treadmills in the hotel gym were not working. The pool was closed and I was not notified ahead of time. I was also disappointed with this as an indoor pool had been a big factor in picking this hotel. The breakfast was good enough for me. Cereal, oatmeal, coffee, bagels etc for staple items and then it looks like some type of sausage and eggs. Very disappointed with this hotel. It was not as nice as it appeared online and I will not be staying here again. Surprised to see Marriott Bonvoy allowing this to be associated with their name.
Jul 21, 2025 · Shawna SchweitzerId say it is pretty nice, some people are only doing bad reviews over some paint off or the tubs but they haven't been through rough times, It offers the needs you would need to sleep and eat. And it wasnt even that bad. Id say 4/5 just some mistakes but thats okay!
