Although the area is surrounded by empty businesses and the outside of the hotel is dated and unkept (weeds filling the landscaping) the inside seemed pretty well maintained. The room was nice, bathroom in good shape and clean, staff friendly and a complimentary breakfast for all of us since I am a Marriott member. Typical hotel type breakfast but a good variety, food items kept filled and clean and staff helpful. I would go out to eat if I had to pay extra for it but a good deal when included with the stay.

Jun 23, 2025 · Mark RauThere's no way I'd come back. Fortunately, I'm not staying at this hotel right now. Milwaukee is a great city, but my experience was definitely ruined by the staff at this hotel, despite its great reputation. The front desk employee named Brian took an unreasonably long time to come out of his office to assist with my check-in. Moreover, he mocked me for mistakenly providing the wrong address. I suggest you read your one-star and two-star reviews to see how rude your staff is. You may think it's funny, but you should learn some manners if you want to continue working in the service industry. Perhaps this is something you didn't learn growing up—what a shame. No, thank you. Please consider the consequences of putting your customers down. I don't hate you, but your behavior is absurd, and you need to seek help!
Jul 31, 2025 · TK FooI recently stayed at this hotel, and while my experience was definitely a mixed bag, I felt it was important to share my thoughts. Unfortunately, the room I was given was quite disappointing. It felt not only outdated, but dirty. We had our puppy with us and she kept bringing trash out from under the beds, there was a huge hairball in the bathroom, there was no hand soap or body wash, just empty bottles, which really affected my overall comfort. The first morning ,I had a $7 coffee and went to use a creamer from the room, poured it iny coffee and it was chunky.... curdled. Super gross. However, what stood out in stark contrast was the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to help. they were always there with a smile and genuine willingness to help. Their positive energy made my stay a bit more enjoyable despite the shortcomings of the room. In summary, while I can't recommend this hotel based on the accommodation alone, the staff's incredible service deserves recognition. I hope they can improve the room conditions because their commitment to guest satisfaction truly shines through.
Apr 28, 2025 · Jamie SerranoSheraton Milwaukee North Brown Deer left me with mixed feelings. While the staff was consistently kind and attentive, which I truly appreciated, the condition of the rooms was unfortunately subpar and a significant disappointment. The pictures online, in my opinion, are wishful thinking and do not accurately reflect the current state of the accommodations. Upon checking into our first room, we were immediately dismayed by its cleanliness. There was hair everywhere, noticeable dust, and an unsightly stain on the carpet. To add to the issues, the sink was slow draining, and the shower was so dirty we couldn't bring ourselves to use it. Given that it was late and we were simply looking to rest after a long day, the thought of enduring three days in that room was impossible. We requested a room change, and thankfully, the second room was cleaner. However, it still had a pervasive mildew/mold smell, which was unpleasant. The shower in this room presented its own unique challenge: despite ensuring the shower door was closed tightly, the bathroom floor would invariably flood with water. This meant that for the remainder of our two-day stay, each of us (there were four of us in total) had to line the floor with towels every time someone took a shower, which was a constant hassle. While the staff did their best to accommodate us and were genuinely pleasant, the condition of the rooms severely detracted from our experience. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel until they undertake a full renovation of all their rooms. The current state simply doesn't meet the expected standards for a Sheraton property.
Jul 08, 2025 · Ke KeeI have stayed here multiple times and each time it seems to get a little more run down. The breakfast buffet was not very good. Waffles were hard, fruit seemed to come out of a can. Bed was very hard (usually has been soft). Hot tub looked very dirty. Did not even want to go in. Obly had 1 working elevator.
