When we arrived in Milwaukee, late from a delayed flight, the hotel we had booked for a few nights gave our room away and we had to find a new hotel room. We found this hotel for our 2nd night, and the customer service was impeccable. It was such a stark contrast to the prior hotel. They treated us so poorly at the other hotel and here they had top-notch service. They were so kind and friendly. They gave us super cold water bottles which was perfect after going to Six Flags all day. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was hot and good. I would stay here again.

Rooms are spacious and have all possible facilities, but if you still feel you need something you can ask and you will have it without any questions. They push all their limit to help their guest in a positive way
Jul 22, 2025 · DEEPTI RANAPLEASE INSPECT THE BED SHEETS We arrived late in the afternoon, so pretty tired from travelling all day , showered , pulled back the bed sheets ….. only to find lots of long hairs and pubes throughout (20 odd hairs all up ) , and what looked like dry snot … tired and upset at this stage. Too late to leave…. Made a complaint to management.. Ended up helping the house keeping to change all the sheets and pillow cases … apart from this “ Hair’s in the bed “ incident, the rest was ok … Sleeping on someone else’s bed sheets is a definite No for me , so please check as you arrive…. ( if management call me a liar , I’ll share the 15 photos I took with the local health department ) …. They better make this a learning moment. !!!!

She came from behind her office desk at the front to tell me not to put trash inside of a garbage receptacle which is clearly a garbage receptacle. There is no sign up there that says not to put any garbage in it!!! On top of that she tells me that she doesn't want any diapers in the receptacle and my daughter is not in diapers !!! Making assumptions and having a false premise about customers is unacceptable. And to tell your guests to take their trash outside is not how you treat customers. Housekeeping should be taking trash outside. Plus, the mattresses are disgusting and shower curtains are rusted. I will give this place a bad review for as long as I'm able to! In response to your reply below: the manager rushed my daughter and I AFTER I placed my trash in the receptacle. SHE WAS OVERLY LOUD, THROWING HER HANDS UP AT ME WHILE MAKING AN ASSUMPTION THAT THERE WERE DIAPERS IN THAT BAG. THIS WAS DONE IN THE PRESENCE OF OTHER HOTEL GUESTS AND I FELT COMPLETELY DISRESPECTED. FOR THE LAST TIME: MY DAUGHTER DOES NOT WEAR DIAPERS. The trash was the food we’d just eaten. STOP MAKING ASSUMPTIONS AND HOLDING PREJUDICES!!!
Jul 12, 2025 · KatieChecked in on 6/14 and it took a little while. The front desk had to make copies of our IDs which is fine. Only problem is that they were running out of ink in their printer and put the blame on us that they can't check us in because they can't "see" our informations clearly on the paper copy and told us to email them a pdf of our ids which it didn't go through either because the email isn't found when we sent it. Ended up just air dropping the photo to them. Also the picture of what they showed for their 2 Double Beds is not what they actually have in the room. The picture on the website may look bigger and wider but in person they were almost the same size as twins bed. I did asked to check another 2 Double Beds room just to make sure we weren't just given small beds but it was just exactly the same. The hotel needs to update the pictures on their website if that's not what they have in their rooms. One of our hand towels by the bathroom sink were also stained too. Otherwise, the lady that checked us out the next morning was really nice.
