My daughter and I needed a place to stay the night before her college orientation. We were looking for something that was close to campus, but not in the hustle and bustle of downtown. This was an easy to access, and nice location next to 2 other hotels. The back side of the building does butt up against the freeway, so it is noisy outside, but based on where our room was placed we did not have any issues. We did not get checked in until after 9pm and Sharon was kind and helpful. Our room was clean and the beds were just fine. Rooms included a mini fridge and microwave which was nice to have too. The morning breakfast also provided a decent selection that was perfect for what we needed. We did not use any other amenities in regards to the pool or fitness room. For the purposes of this trip, our stay was exactly what we needed and we would stay here or in this greater area again. Quick and efficient check out process and we had zero issues.

Jun 12, 2025 · Carmen FortunWe stayed at this hotel as a large group for a family wedding, with multiple rooms booked — and the experience was unfortunately very disappointing. From the start, the service was disorganized and unprofessional. The afternoon and evening staff seemed completely unaware of our reservations, and every single member of our family encountered issues during check-in. The staff was rude and unaccommodating, especially the woman at the front desk in the afternoon. At one point, after a lot of hassle, one of our elderly family members finally managed to check in early — only for us to overhear staff saying, “How dare he check in early?” Absolutely unacceptable behavior. To make matters worse, my cousin’s bathroom had a broken toilet that was never fixed. We reported it multiple times, and were told maintenance was on the way — but no one ever came, even after three days. That said, the one bright spot was the person manning the front desk during the late-night shift (night auditor ) . He was always courteous, professional, and genuinely tried to help us as much as possible. Thank you to him. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to the poor service and lack of accountability from most of the staff.
Jul 15, 2025 · Hina SyedI would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It started when I was told I could have early check in on a Saturday at 12:30. We show up at 1pm, not dressed and I still have curlers in my hair. The front desk lady said “I don’t know why anyone would have told you that you can check in early we never do that, I can’t let you in until 3” When we finally get back to the hotel at 1am to check in, we were given a double queen when I booked a king room and all they said was “sorry we overbooked it” Then I got the receipt in my email and they charged me $224 plus tax and fees, when my booking online says total cost would be $186. Then they ran out of coffee at breakfast and never refilled. From start to finish this was a terrible stay with terrible service.
Jun 15, 2025 · Cally VaughnI found myself in a bad situation with another hotel and came here at 1am. They didn’t have anything available until the next day. Although they were booked for the night they made arrangements for me to get a room first thing in the morning. What I find interesting is that both properties are owned by the same owner but the stark contrast in customer care is astounding! The way they helped me in my crisis and provided a place for me and my son to stay so that we weren’t abandoned in a city and state that we know nothing about nearly brought me to tears and I am so grateful! At first I thought this poor treatment at the other property was a reflection of ownership but after experiencing the empathy and kindness of Chakari and Alex at Fairfield Inn, I realize that the gross rudeness and disregard of the employee at the other property is enough to damage the business and the brand. If you are trying to decide between this Fairfield Inn and the Hampton Inn next door. Stay here at this Fairfield Inn. They appreciate their guests and take pride in their work!
Jul 17, 2025 · Netsanet HopkinsSpacious lovely looking clean room! Only issue is we had a room on freeway side and all you heard was the traffic. However, it became white noise to us eventually and didn't keep us awake.
