This was my second time staying at the Four Seasons Philadelphia, and once again, the views did not disappoint. I visited just a week ago with my son and his friends, and the kids had an amazing time. We especially loved the pool and the outstanding room service — everything arrived quickly and was delicious. I really appreciated the added touch of the robes and slippers for the kids, such a thoughtful detail that made them feel extra special. We did have an issue with the coffee machine not working, but someone was sent up right away to replace it, which I truly appreciated. That said, housekeeping was not quite up to standard this time. The glass cups weren’t replaced, and I noticed that a bottle of tequila I had previously opened seemed to have been touched, as there was significantly less left than I remembered. That was disappointing and concerning for a hotel of this caliber. Overall, it was still a great stay and I look forward to returning. I do hope to see improvements with housekeeping in the future.

Apr 06, 2025 · Markia LewisI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Seasons in Philadelphia, and it was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable—especially for my 1-year-old daughter. They truly rolled out the red carpet for her, with thoughtful touches that made her feel so special. It’s rare to find a luxury hotel that caters so warmly to little ones, and it made all the difference for our family. The pool was an absolute highlight—stunning, pristine, and a joy for both us and our daughter. The views from the hotel were simply incredible; perched high above the city, we felt like we were floating in the clouds, taking in Philadelphia’s skyline in a way that left us speechless. Every staff member we encountered was phenomenal, offering genuine kindness and top-notch service that elevated the entire experience. The Four Seasons Philadelphia exceeded every expectation, blending luxury with heartfelt hospitality. We can’t wait to return!
Feb 21, 2025 · Levi BullettThis place is a paradise in the sky! I had wanted to stay at this property ever since they built it and I finally got the chance with my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day. I am certainly glad we did. Everything at the Philly Four Seasons is top notch: the food, the rooms, the service, the view (of course), and the staff! I was impressed by how well everything was attended to every step of the way. I don’t think any other property compares in the city. The clear highlight, though, is the view - which is truly nuts. It’s almost as if you are looking down on Liberty Place and the other tall buildings in Center City. We were lucky to experience all types of weather during our three day stay. The foggy day was surreal! If you can swing it, this place is definitely worth the price. It elevated our experience in Philadelphia. I don’t think there is another hotel that even comes close to offering such a special experience in Philadelphia, let alone any city outside of NYC.
Mar 15, 2025 · David LazarFive star, it was not. On March 14 and 15, a large two day wedding celebration brought me to The four Seasons, Philadelphia. The wedding hall was packed with too many tables, and cheap clear plastic chairs, which were also extremely uncomfortable. Unbelievable! The buffet Indian dinner, served way past 9:30 pm was awful. Obviously, the hotel did not select what quality food from outside vendor is acceptable. Wait-stuff, clearing tables on both days were doing their best, but could not keep up. Their manager obviously did not calculate properly. Our gracious and loving hosts must have spent a great deal of money, and certainly deserved better service from Four Seasons Hotel.
Mar 16, 2025 · Rukhsana HasibWe have been loyal patrons of the Four Seasons for years, hosting friends and family from across the country at JG SkyHigh. Unfortunately, our experience on April 26, 2025, was one of the most disheartening encounters we’ve had — anywhere. After concluding a wonderful brunch (our server Lenny was excellent), we briefly got up from our table to enjoy the views. Within moments, a bald employee wearing glasses approached us, speaking abruptly and telling us the area was “for guests only.” We had been away from our table for less than a minute. When we explained that we had just finished eating, he responded by asking, “Where were you sitting?” — as if to verify whether we belonged. This line of questioning made an already uncomfortable situation even more humiliating. In a hospitality setting, guests should be trusted, not interrogated. As paying guests — and as South Asians — we were left feeling singled out and unwelcome. Regardless of intent, hospitality should begin with trust and warmth, not assumptions and exclusion. We were made to feel as though we didn’t belong. After our experience, I also noticed several other reviews mentioning similar incidents affecting guests of color at this location. This suggests a troubling pattern that management urgently needs to address if Four Seasons wishes to live up to its stated values of inclusivity and world-class hospitality. We have provided a description of the employee involved (bald, wearing glasses) not to stereotype anyone, but to assist management in identifying the staff member responsible for this poor experience, and to help ensure that proper training and accountability are provided across the team. Our server, Lenny, was truly excellent, and we appreciate his service. At a property that claims excellence, this experience was unacceptable. Management must urgently review how all guests are treated — with dignity, respect, and genuine hospitality. This incident occurred between 2:09 PM and 2:30 PM on April 26, 2025.
