The lobby is beautiful and the on property bars/restaurants are nice. The rooms themselves leave very little to be desired. They are tiny, there’s no storage, and if you’re here with another person you’re basically on top of each other. The guest floor hallways give dorm room vibes too. This is not a boutique hotel, this is the equivalent of a Motel 6 with a nice lobby.

May 10, 2025 · Sarah SandersThis place was perfect for me and my significant other for two nights. Others stating there is no storage…. Thats pretty much implied in the hotel listing and all descriptions. There is a small but sturdy table, a bench that has drawer storage in it, a small area with 4 shelves and a space to hang things by the door with 4 hangers, three hooks by the door and two hooks in the bathroom. It was more than enough for us. The rooms are very nice, there’s water refill stations in the hall and the lobby is super cute. Front desk staff were so helpful and pleasant. The valet parking across the street was also great. No issues at all.
May 06, 2025 · Felicia HA no nonsense minimalistic hotel in a great location. I stayed here for a couple of nights for a recent work trip. The room was very small with little to no storage nor furniture. This was fine for me since I spent very little time in my room. But if you need a place to work or hang out you will be disappointed. The decor is modern and clean with just the essentials. Although the room was small, it was laid out in a thoughtful way. So everything had a purpose. I did not eat in the restaurant downstairs so I cannot speak on it. However I did enjoy the coffee cafe in the main lobby area. They had excellent coffee and some amazing pastries. Service was friendly and fast. If you need an inexpensive and simple room this is the place.
Feb 18, 2025 · Dang NGreat location. Not very private bathroom so best for solo travelers. There's nowhere to charge food to the room so don't stay here if you are counting on Hilton Honors food and beverage credits. My room was quite small but was designed well and is just large enough to comfortably navigate. No tight spaces I had to squeeze through (unlike my room in New York the week following). Coffee shop was good but didn't allow charging to my room which was a bummer. The only issues I had were a much too short shower curtain (not sure why this is such a common hotel issue) and having to ask for housekeeping after not getting service the first day.
Mar 30, 2025 · Rafe KettlerThis is a truly terrible hotel. First, the positives that earned it at lest one star. I’m not saying I’m giving only one star because Google won’t let me give zero. I do think it actually earned a star, because the room was clean and the staff member I interacted with was friendly and competent. Of course I only had that interaction because the digital key didn’t work, as is very common at Hilton properties. Once you leave the fairly nice main floor, you enter what is basically a college dorm; decor and smell included. Except college dorm rooms are bigger. To be fair, the hotel does acknowledge the small rooms in the app. But these rooms are tiny! As in the queen size bed takes up almost the entire footprint of the room. On the plus side, you can use the toilet and the sink at the same time! All for only $500 per night! I assume they are trying to capitalize on their location. It’s one of the top five nicest neighborhoods in Philly, where you can find excellent food options and are unlikely to be stabbed unless you stay out after 6 PM, but there are several hotel options at half the price in the area. Some are even Hilton properties! It is truly bizarre this hotel set it’s price where it did. Absent the main floor, this is not even as nice as a Motel 6. I’m a loyal and longtime Hilton Honors member. I’ve been extremely happy with nearly every other stay in a Hilton Property. But I will certainly never choose a Motto property again and am rethinking Hilton, altogether. Stay somewhere else. If this is the only vacancy you can find, rent a nice car and sleep in it.
