After driving nearly four hours to get to the hotel, fully unpack, only to find that there is not hot water in the shower. Front desk lady did not apologize and looked at me like she didn’t believe me. Had to pack up all my stuff and change rooms, one elevator out of order. No hand soap provided in either room. Told the front desk lady about the soap and again she looked at me like I was crazy. Pic is of one bottle of lotion. Also, barely any toilet paper in the second room. I do not recommend, no hand soap, no hot water, no toilet paper, and not so great customer service.

May 12, 2025 · Zee CEvery single time, without fail, Tori, Alexis, Deneka and the other staff ALWAYS welcome me in like family. They make my stay here so pleasant. I travel a lot and I stay here whenever I have the chance. I can tell the owners treat their employees really well with pride, love and care because they are always happy!

However due to the attentiveness of the general manager and her explanation as to things it quickly went up to 4 star review. The rooms have a slight makeover look however the furniture is a bit dated. Overall not what you would expect in a Hilton property however the customer service is how you would want your experience to come to an end.
Mar 09, 2025 · AlanI stayed at the Hampton Inn Bordentown this week. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious enough. I am writing a review because Tori at the front desk was AWESOME. I arrived at the hotel at night, and I really wanted a cup of decaf coffee…. but I was struggling with the coffee maker in the room. I called the front desk and Tori answered. She was so cheery and happy to help me… at 9pm at night. Tori came to the rescue!! She showed me how to use the coffee maker, and I was very happy!
Jan 11, 2025 · Christina HoerterOverall hotel nice and clean, ladies at check in was absolutely amazing . Great customer service!! Bed was a lil hard but we was there for just 1 night. They are pet friendly, all floors available for pets. Food near by and 2 truck centers.. There are allot of trucks that turn at the light in front of the hotel, so if you a lite sleeper ask for the opposite side.
