Wow, what an amazing team! Thank you for the great stay. I was here for two weeks and can honestly say the staff treated us like family the entire time. The hotel is in a great location and I never had any issues parking. This is the only hotel in the area that allows pets, and even with the all the pet owners, the hotel was still kept clean and smelling nice! There is also a few dog areas with bags and cans outside the hotel. The hotel is not a 5-Star Vegas Luxury like the Wynn, but it is nice, and the staff are always working to improve it. I overheard daily meetings of how they can continue to update and serve their guests. This may have truly been my best hotel experience ever! Sincerely, thank you so much. Also, I'm not sure what Hilton puts in their waffles, but those are the best waffles ever! They could run a good truck based on those alone.

This review is lo mg overdue, but I hope that just goes to show the significance of my positive experience. I was displaced by Hurricane Helene on 09/27/25. This hotel is not in close proximity to my home but it was the nearest available with power a few days after the storms. When I arrived at the hotel I was frazzled & exhausted after having been in a hotel without power for 3 days & traveling for a couple hours on still dangerous roads with barely enough gas to get there. I learned that Greenwood itself has also been pretty hard hit & the hotel had just had power restored. Regardless of that, the hotel staff was AMAZING! The condition of the rooms was not lacking in any way. Everyone was pleasant, kind, helpful & just all around provided great customer service. The manager Etienne & Assistant Mgr Emilie & front desk associate Kristin were especially so & went above & beyond. The managers confirmed & reassured me that everything was setup properly with consideration to billing & reservations so there were no issues when it came to insurance coverage or having a place to stay until somewhere closer to home was available & there were no issues when I finally transferred to a hotel closer to home. They were also helpful with directing me to resources/stores that were operational so I could get the supplies I needed easily. If a hotel need arose while I was there, it was handled quickly, effectively & with a positive attitude. This is no doubt a testament to the leadership running this hotel. If I find myself in the area again, I would book my stay here without question!
