Very quick to resolve concerns I had following the reservation process. Sasha was the team member that worked with me to rectify these matters. She was friendly, professional and accommodating. My family agrees that this was a pleasantly successful stay thanks to Hampton Inn and the staff. As a new member of the honors program, I will return. If you find yourself and/or your family seeking a place to stay for the night, I highly recommend!

First time trying Hampton Inn—pleasantly surprised! ~ If you can believe it, this was our first time choosing a Hampton Inn and we are thoroughly impressed. This South Lockport location feels newly renovated—everything looks and feels immaculate. The staff have all been personable, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. We booked a double queen room and it is very nice. We’ve really enjoyed the included breakfast, afternoon snacks, and the 24/7 coffee bar—nice touches that make the stay feel extra convenient. We're currently halfway through our stay, and I’m already feeling confident that this might become our go-to hotel brand moving forward. A few practical notes: - As someone working remotely, I’ve found the room very work-friendly—plenty of surface space, outlets, a comfortable desk chair, mini fridge, microwave, ice bucket, and a large TV. - The bathroom is spacious with great water pressure and temperature (note: the shower has a clear sliding door if privacy is a concern)- but outside the bathroom is a barn door with a hallway facing floor length mirror and other side a soft visual message "It's a good day on a good day" - when it conceals the bathroom, the other side is the closet. Plenty of towels and a hair dryer provided. - Other thoughtful room features include: two roller ottomans, layered curtains for privacy and light control, and easy-to-manage room temperature. - The hotel rooms will either face the road, that can be high traffic at times, or the nature side - with storage units off to the left, and two ponds to the right, with back parking lot. The room has good sound quality. Housekeeping has been extremely respectful of my variable work schedule and has worked around my availability with kindness and professionalism. The pool area is small but nice—especially if you have allergies and just want to enjoy the steam. Keycard access required. I also like to sit in the dining area when I need a change of scenery; there’s usually a TV or light background music playing, making it a relaxing spot to hang out. Only reason for 4 stars is the bed comfort. The mattress feels a bit springy and I’ve woken up with minor aches. I recommend bringing your own blanket and pillow if, like me, you prefer something cozier than the paper-thin comforter and light pillows provided. Overall, highly recommend this location and I’m looking forward to staying with Hampton Inn again in the future!

Had originally booked through reservations, and they never put it through properly. I had called the hotel directly, and they stated they would take care of it when I checked in. Donna at the front desk was great! She's very personable and funny. The room was very clean. I will definitely stay again when I'm in town. The only cons were that the pillows are way too soft and kind of ruins such a comfortable bed. The bathroom door slides across the opening, does not lock, and isn't private at all when sharing the room with your family. And went down to get breakfast, which consisted of very well-done bacon, not very edible at all. Everything else looked good though.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn Lockport for four months this year while on a work assignment, and the staff—Gabby, Heather, Nacy, Jasmine, and Donna—were the best. They were my family away from home, greeting me in the morning, wishing me a good day when I left, and welcoming me back in the evening. They ensured I always had what I needed for a comfortable stay and were always friendly. They were why I didn't find a hotel closer to work (my commute was 40 minutes). They made me feel like a diamond member before I was one. Thank you!

So I stayed here in September of 2023 on business and it was overall a pleasant stay. Rooms are nice, breakfast available, great service. Fast forward to yesterday and I got hit with an $854.12 charge on my company card out of nowhere for this location. Baffled, I tried calling the hotel to figure this out only to get stuck on hold for over 35 minutes. When the phone finally rang, it rang once, went silent for 2 minutes and the call disconnected. This has left me with the only option of filing a fraudulent charge dispute with my company card and now I have to go 2 weeks without my card because it needed to be canceled. Pleasant stay up front, but now a nightmare situation that no one wants to deal with. Hotel goers beware.
