We booked ahead of time and paid a deposit. When we went to check out, they tried to charge a different rate. They were able to fix the rate, but did not apply the deposit toward our balance, and said they were unable to fix it. They gave us the managers email to send the information to. We have emailed several times with no response.

There was a shooting in/or in parking lot the hotel that we stayed. This obviously put the hotel in lockdown. Could see blood on the floor and traumatic experience for my son. There were young adults/teens hanging in parking lot smoking when we returned that night. Therefore, the hotel should have had more security. It was not safe and secure and when we asked for a refund they said no.

Last week) anyways front desk staff ( Melissa) has been the best if not greatest.. the fact i can be like a normal person and not a “Guest” makes it better.. rooms are cozy, ambiance is bustling as its a big conference hotel.. but she made it great and deserves the shout out
