Family vacation turned out unpleasant stay. Manager provided a handicap room which had a door separating next room and could hear out clearly. They were arguing out loud, felt like they are inside my room. Complained to manager, requested for a different room and he rudely denied, stated after 10 it’s silent time and they would stop. Same situation continued until 12, again complained, he told he will call them, nothing changed. I have two kids, we all couldn’t sleep. This time I am pissed off and went back at 2 AM. Instead of escalating the matter to the next room who were making noise, now he asked me if I wanted to move to a different room. I was carrying luggage and kids and moved to a different room in 1st floor, unfortunately the Air Conditioner heat wasn’t working, I had less energy to fight, so Slept for few hours and went to inform Manager, it was a another Manager and she seemed nice, but by the time she sent to fix the A/C, My wife got pissed and I had to leave the hotel. Stay Date: Feb 15th 2025. Booked through Priceline’s, Filed complaint through them, but Manager didn’t agree and responded they don’t provide any compensation. I usually don’t write reviews, but it would be unfair to my family If I don’t and also for others to know.

The rooms are fairly spacious. Unfortunately, breakfast is not FREE thus I recommend checking out 'Cracker Barrel' restaurant, located within walking distance of the hotel. From a location perspective it's convenient if you work for any of the companies within the commercial park or you are visiting family or friends in the local community.

I always stay at a Hilton when traveling for work. Never had anything bad to say about the service. Unfortunately my last stay wasn't great. First they changed their incidentals policy so instead of paying 50 for the week it's now 50 per night. Which normally wouldn't be a big deal except for the fact that the kitchen was closed half the time I was there. Just saying if you're going to tie up people's cash you should at least offer the services. Then when the kitchen was open if you call room service they tell you you have to come pick up your food. Not exactly room service. Then when I called the guy told me to call back in 15 minutes because he was preparing a drink for somebody else. Also my room wasn't cleaned the last night I was there so I had to go try to hunt down clean towels. Just a few little things that are irritating especially when you're working all day. So overall could have been better.

Room was small. Alarm clock went off at 6am and it took 2 snooze cycles before figuring out how to turn it off. The water in the shower never got hot enough and it made a high pitched screeching sound the whole time it was turned on. Pool was very small and cloudy. Hot tub had debris floating in it, so my kids and I didn't bother getting in either one...that's 80% of the reason I picked this hotel so that was disappointing. We paid extra to have breakfast included and it was McDonald's quality. Half of our sides were forgotten by the waitress and we didn't have time to wait for them. Overall, very disappointing

Location is great, employees are kind and helpful. But the hotel itself and the management are dreadful. The indoor pool is unheated. The hot tub is filthy. The jets came on and the detritus started flying. It was disgusting. The continental breakfast is meager and $10 per person. The rooms aren’t well taken care of - furniture is scratched up, one of the mirrors in our room was broken, the shower head sprayed water all over the bathroom. I honestly can’t believe that this is a Hilton.
