Didn't enjoy my stay at all. No vents in shower, they call a windowless room with an ancient 1 mechanical keyboard a "work area" and the gym is even sadder. Don't let me get started on the breakfast, that I couldn't even eat after seeing it. We won't be coming here again. They get 1 more star for a nice staff that really couldn't do anything about our complaints but were still somewhat nice.

May 17, 2025 · yuval yoshaEverything about our stay was wonderful. Clean suite, everything looked good! Pool area well maintained. Service was attentive and friendly. Also very pet friendly! Highly recommend staying here!
Apr 06, 2025 · Rich HWe stay at Hilton properties quite often and are Honors members. This hotel was one of the worst and most expensive we have experienced. Room rates doubled during Easter Break. Toilets outdated, WiFi poor, carpet shabby and breakfast was marginal, coffee empty and lots of items out. We love Mystic but not so this hotel.
Apr 27, 2025 · Betty PerryChecking in was a breeze. Super clean, really nice lobby and breakfast eating area. Hotel was quiet throughout, room was nice and spacious! Super close to the shops, Aquariaum, and more options for eating. Will definitely be back again.
Feb 01, 2025 · Jennifer StreeterThe Hampton Inn & Suites Mystic is in a great location near attractions like Mystic Aquarium and Olde Mistick Village, with family-friendly touches like a kids’ game area and a hot chocolate station. However, the lobby had a noticeable pet smell, and the dining area could use updated booths. The pool was disappointing—cloudy water and an overpowering chlorine smell caused eye irritation, forcing us to leave after 20 minutes. Management was aware but didn’t address the issue. Overall, a convenient stay, but cleanliness and maintenance need improvement.
