Before booking our trip I called ahead to be sure that the rooms could accommodate my husband's manual wheelchair. I was told the bathroom had no accessible shower but he could fit through the door. Apon arrival the hotel smelled like weed although we were told there was no smoking. When we entered our room my daughter exclaimed "it smells so bad!" My husband went in and it smelled like cat urine. Our room was switched. The new room had a toilet that didn't flush. We complained again and this time the worker at the front desk was getting frustrated and saying the hotel was a good hotel and told my husband not to complain in the hallway. He went to clean a third room but we realized his chair did not fit through the bathroom doors in any of the rooms. The manager said there was nothing they could do. After a decent amount of time and a few phone calls later our money was refunded. We were told it would take 7-10 days to release the funds leaving us to scramble with getting a new place to stay since we were left with no room and no money. To say we were disappointed with the service would be an understatement and we will not only not be recommending it to others but will be telling people to beware. It is 2025- this entire situation was unacceptable and 100% avoidable.

Promotional offers, such as "SUMMER SALE: Members Save 10–20% with our Wyndham Rewards Rate at participating hotels," are often available directly through Wyndham's booking channels. It's always advisable to check the official Wyndham website for the latest deals and packages when considering a stay. However, potential guests should be aware of significant feedback regarding guest experiences. Recent customer reviews highlight considerable concerns, particularly around cleanliness and service quality. Multiple guests have reported issues with room conditions, including unpleasant odors (such as cat urine or stale smells), unclean bathrooms with residual waste, and general lack of thorough housekeeping. There have also been instances where air conditioning or heating units were not fully functional, and refrigerators were turned to their warmest setting with control knobs removed. Furthermore, customer service has been a point of contention, with some guests reporting unhelpful or even frustrated staff responses when issues were raised. Instances of being denied immediate refunds for unsatisfactory stays, requiring extended waiting periods for fund release, have also been reported. Accessibility concerns, specifically regarding bathroom door widths for wheelchairs, have been a recurring issue. These recent reviews suggest a departure from past experiences some guests had, where stays were without issues. While the location is consistently praised for its proximity to attractions, the negative feedback concerning room conditions and service is a significant factor to consider for any prospective guest using the "Hotels Near Of Me" platform. It is recommended to contact the hotel directly regarding specific accessibility needs and to verify any concerns about room condition and service before booking.

Apr 21, 2025 · Jan EricksonI have always stayed there in the past and never had issues, but I will never stay there again. As we opened the room door, the stench was horrendous. There was urine and feces still in the toilet. The toilet and tub looked as though they had not been cleaned in a while. I had to go out and purchase Clorox wipes and extra strength Febreeze as I was informed housekeeping had left for the day. Water and heater/ AC only worked after banging on them. I reached out to Expedia after management did nothing. They offered to reach out to Wyndham for a refund, which eventually was denied. I regret not taking pictures as I would have fought this much further. I and anyone I know, will never stay here again
Apr 26, 2025 · Bobbie Jo SimmonsThe beds were very comfortable and the staff we're very friendly. Received 10% off our bill at the Mystic Diner with our key card. With that said, the bathroom had a lot of mold/mildew growing. In the room above the bed, on the ceiling, it looked like there was a mold spot that was covered up with paint. We had a sliding door that went out to a little yard. The wooden privacy fence around the yard was falling down and in great disrepair. The sliding door had three locks, and I wasn't sure if any of them worked effectively. As a travel agent, unless my clients specifically requested this location, I will definitely not book them here.
Apr 04, 2025 · Carry On TravelThe room was not clean. There was hair on the floor/tub in the bathroom, there was garbage under the bench in the room and fake eyelashes on the rug that we discovered when my 3 year old daughter lifter her foot and we realized they were stuck to her foot. Ice machine wasn't working. Loved the town.
Apr 25, 2025 · Caitlin Marie AlthoffStaff was nice, and location was okay as its close to the shops & aquarium, but the rooms were terrible. We had moved rooms because the first room was dirty & the hallway smelled horribly of cigarettes. Second room had trash under the beds, stained towels, burn holes in blankets, spiderwebs in windows, chunk of carpet missing with exposed subfloor, dirty shower & shower mat. Pool area was okay, however half of the chairs are cracked/broken, the railings are rust covered and part of the pool flooring looks to be coming up.
