This hotel exceeded my expectations! It was immaculately clean from top to bottom… the lobby, hallways, and especially the room. The linens were fresh, the bathroom was spotless, and even the air felt crisp and clean. You could tell they take sanitation seriously, which made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. On top of that, the front desk staff were so kind and helpful, always greeting me with a smile and ready to assist with anything I needed. May 11, 2025 · Abir AzoozI am a Hilton girl. But boy oooooh boy did this hotel disappointment in so many ways. The front desk girl literally lrt patrons do whatever they wanted. The pool n jacuzzi was packed with wild screaming kids jumping n diving n cannon balling with no supervision that you could not enjoy the pool area nor could you sit in the lobby to enjoy a cup of tea/coffee n read a book or eat a meal cause the kids were screaming so loud the receptionist did n said nothing to the kids or the parents that were sitting on the lanai. We thought we would sit outside but that did not go well as we made it through the 1st set of doors n went to open the lanai doors a 150lb dog off the leash vicious barking n growling smashing his body into the glass doors trying to mal us through the glass doors frighting the hell out of us as 2 other dogs off the leash now 3 dogs off the leash were so vicious my heart was beating so fast. I mentioned it to the receptionist n she told us the dogs were allowed to be off the leash on the lanai. Also thought there was 2 dogs max but they had 3 dogs. So we decided to chill in the room n watch TV as it was raining but the TV was not working. The room was run down n the rug was lift up causing us to constantly trip over it. Then the door dead bolt lock kept engaging keeping us from closing the door so all nite our door was open. When mentioned to the morning receptionist she did not seemed to want to assist n stated we will fix it all but we were leaving in the morning when I told her she scrudge her shoulders n gave a smirk not acceptable. No apologies just attitude. I will report this to the Hilton Honors.

Mar 15, 2025 · EMZQuiet and comfortable. Always a great stay. Good breakfast also. Work out room designed for maximum effectiveness! Even smells calming with a scent that might be vanilla. They provide chocolate chip and sugar cookies in the evening. I’ll stay here just for this reason! But also because the pool is huge, hot tub warm, people nice and convenient location. Rooms aren’t cramped, and curtains block light.

Today is my birthday and I asked her to use the hot tub for 15 mins before I go to bed and after this long day! And she said no! It was 9:55! Then She started making excuses !! I have stayed in this hotel more than 20 nights! This is going to be my last night because of her!
