The absolute worst marriott I have ever been to. I don’t know where to even begin. For starters I booked the room through my partners corporate discount site upon arrival I was charged again for a full price of the stay along with incidentals. When I asked the staff at the front why he double charged me he said it was his first night and he didn’t know how to fix it and I would have to wait for the manager to come in the following day ( it was Friday the manager didn’t come in that weekend at all! I called). So after being double charged almost a total of $500.00 when I got to the room with my newborn son it reeked of mildew, mold, and cigarettes. The trash can was still full of trash and it was just incredibly awful. I would have probably roughed it out if I was by myself but because I had my 3 month old son I went back to the front desk. I asked to be checked out the room and the front desk person said he had to call the manager to see if it was okay. See if it’s okay to check me out!!! Mind you it’s 10 pm at night and we had been on the road all day my son was tired I was tired and now we had zero suitable accommodations. I tried to get a refund through the corporate site but they said the hotel refused to refund the stay. SHUT THIS PROPERTY DOWN IMMEDIATELY.

3/4/2025 Breakfast was completely depleted at 815am. Too bad there were plenty of us looking for something to eat. Never got anything refilled not even coffee. Rooms are great as well as location.

Honestly wish I could give this place 0 starts. Stepped on multiple nails inside of the roo.. place is a joke. Manager sucks. Said she was going to be giving me points for everything that happened. Now after reminding them 5 times still no points. Fire them all and start fresh.

Claude is very friendly, and extends a lot of hospitality. He always greets us with a big smile when entering the building. And, we can always count on him to get our long term stay billing done quickly and accurately! He's definitely an asset to the Hotel!
