We stopped here, passing through the area. Super friendly staff, the beds are really comfortable, the room was clean and everything worked. The hot breakfast in the morning was really good - our day featured eggs, sausage, waffles, hot biscuits along with the "normal" fruit, cereal, juices/coffee/milks. They had trays available to take it up to the room. Really just a great experience overall.

Mar 31, 2025 路 Bob EllsworthGreat hotel in the area that is within 30 minutes of everything! Booked this hotel for a ski trip and it was a great home base to start the day and come back to. Every worker had a smile on their face and was willing to help; service was great! Only downside was the walls were a bit on the thinner side (you could hear into rooms when in the hallway but that鈥檚 to be expected) and wish they had a hot tub but the pool was nice. Rooms were on the larger side, clean, and comfortable.

My husband & I were exhausted and so tired so happy to get done sleep. We brought our own Keurig. Would not show us photos they said were taken.i will never recommend the Hotel to anyone. Rude & Liars.
Feb 05, 2025 路 Holly NuddGood evening, I am terribly sorry to bother you but I am writing this email to you because I have exhausted options for reaching a person in your company who will listen to a customer complaint that my wife and I have. I understand that your time is important and that a correspondence like this is not something you should be having to deal with but we have no where else to turn. I will try to provide as brief of a summary as possible, please bare with me. My wife and I made a reservation for a 2 night stay (October 18th-20th) at one of your properties in Tilton New Hampshire USA through a 3rd party website (Booking.com ). We made this arrangement so that we could treat my god daughter to a family trip to a near by local theme park and also because it was a pet friendly hotel. We never travel without our family dog. While we were out having dinner on the first night, we received a terribly rude call from the agent at the front desk stating they had received a noise complaint from our dog barking. Luckily we were finishing dinner and about to return to the hotel. Upon returning to the hotel, the agent was extremly rude and made my wife and I feel like we were no longer welcome to stay. She explained to me that she believed we were "stealing" because we did not notify them of the pet and that we would now be charged an additional $75 pet fee. I explained that I thought everything was taken care of because of how we setup the reservation. I notified the agent that we would leave first thing in the morning because of the way we were being treated. At this time it was late in the evening (21:30). The next morning we immediately tried to check out but was actually denied because it was a 3rd party reservation. I did not want to remain liable for the room since we were leaving and again was treated very poorly. Once I left the front desk, I called booking.com and requested our second night be refunded to us. They agreed to do so, how ever due to the way we were treated and the fact we were now having to cut our vacation short we felt it was necessary to file a complaint and request a total refund for the both nights and not just the one. We lost money for non refundable theme park tickets. The staff at the hotel refused to issue the refund and told us the matter needed to be handled with booking.com . I spoke with a supervisor from booking.com and they stated they could issue the refund IF the hotel agreed. The supervisor called the hotel directly while I was on the phone only to be denied by the hotel. I began trying to work with the hotel but was brushed off and ignored by the general manager. After multiple attempts it was apparent that we were not going to receive a follow up and decided it was time to take action. We began trying to reach out to customer care and hilton guest assistance to file a complaint and request a refund. Ultimately all of the people we have spoke too have said that the hotel we stayed at has the final say and this is not acceptable because of the way we have been treated. I want corporate to be aware of how it's employees are operating and the level of disrespect we have received. I have filed a dispute with my bank for the charges and have began looking into filing a complaint with our local new station and better business bureau. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated and thank you again for your time.
