Overall the resorts are nice, made many trips to Steel Hill, unfortunately there’s no market to resell on your own when you want to exit ownership. They offer to help rent your week to re-coop some of the maintenance fee but refuse to help you sell it. I’ve tried some of their recommended other websites, no takers plus plenty of competition. Many other larger timeshare associations offer to sell for you or a deed back program but not pathway, Just an FYI for future prospects.

Path Resorts prides itself on offering a wide array of services and amenities across its portfolio, aiming for a complete vacation experience. While specific amenities vary by property, a common thread includes:
Extensive Pool Facilities: All three resorts offer impressive aquatic amenities. Steele Hill Resort is particularly known for its magnificent year-round indoor and outdoor pools, including waterslides, hot tubs, a Roman spa, and saunas. The Summit Resort also features indoor and outdoor pools with waterslides, while Center Harbor Inn offers a four-season outdoor hot tub overlooking the bay. As a customer review for Steele Hill noted, the downstairs pool was "nice, especially being 9 feet deep so kids can safely jump."
Dining Options: Each resort offers on-site dining. Steele Hill Resort features The Hilltop Restaurant for fine dining with views, Tova's Tavern for casual fare, and poolside bars. Center Harbor Inn is within walking distance of Canoe Restaurant. This ensures guests have convenient access to meals and drinks without needing to leave the resort.
Recreational Activities: The resorts provide numerous recreational opportunities. Steele Hill boasts a 9-hole executive golf course, snowshoeing and hiking trails, tennis and basketball courts, and a fishing pond. Customer reviews highlight popular activities like "hiking trails and the organized hikes." An "E bike tour with Christian" at Steele Hill was also praised for being "really fun" and offering "great views."
Spa and Fitness: Steele Hill Resort features the Vantage Day Spa for a range of treatments and a comprehensive health club. Other resorts may offer fitness centers or access to wellness facilities.
Connectivity and Convenience: Complimentary in-room Wi-Fi is generally available across the properties. Other conveniences include self-parking, laundry facilities, and gift/convenience shops.
The collective services ensure that Path Resorts can cater to families, couples, and individuals seeking both active and relaxing getaways.
Path Resorts offers a diverse range of accommodations, from hotel rooms to suites and townhouses, many designed to provide a home-away-from-home experience:
Spacious Units: Many accommodations across the resorts, particularly at Steele Hill and Summit, are spacious suite-style or condo units. These often include separate living areas and multiple bedrooms, ideal for families or groups. As one reviewer mentioned for Steele Hill, their "room was dated but clean and comfortable, fully stocked with a kitchen supplying all the basic needs."
Full Kitchens: A significant feature in many larger units is a fully equipped kitchen, allowing guests the flexibility to prepare their own meals. This is a considerable advantage for longer stays or for families with specific dietary needs.
Private Balconies/Patios: Many rooms and suites offer private balconies or patios, providing guests with personal outdoor space and often stunning views of the lakes, mountains, or resort grounds. One review noted a "back deck with a great view."
Fireplaces and Whirlpool Tubs: Select units at Steele Hill and Summit may include cozy fireplaces or luxurious two-person whirlpool tubs, adding to the comfort and appeal.
Direct Lake Access: Center Harbor Inn boasts a 175-foot sandy beach on Lake Winnipesaukee with a dock and mooring options, offering direct lake access for swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding.
Variety of Experiences: Each property maintains its unique character, from Steele Hill's expansive resort feel with numerous amenities to the Summit's central location for exploring Weirs Beach, and Center Harbor Inn's boutique lakeside charm. This allows Path Resorts to offer the "full spectrum of possibilities for your ideal New Hampshire getaway."
Path Resorts actively promotes its collection of properties as a premier destination in the Lakes Region, especially for those searching for "Hotels Near Of Me." Their marketing emphasizes the combined strengths of Steele Hill Resort, The Summit Resort, and Center Harbor Inn, highlighting "Spectacular Views, Unforgettable Memories" and "Beachside Luxury, Small Town Charm." They offer various packages and deals, which can be inquired about by calling their central reservation lines at (800) 627-3112 or +1 800-627-3112. They also offer special promotional stays, such as 2- or 3-night packages at Steele Hill Resort at discounted rates, often tied to a "Vacation Club Presentation." This indicates a strong connection to vacation ownership or timeshare programs, with opportunities for guests to learn about "Path Vacations" membership.
It is crucial to address customer feedback objectively. One review specifically highlights a common concern for timeshare owners: "there’s no market to resell on your own when you want to exit ownership. They offer to help rent your week to re-coop some of the maintenance fee but refuse to help you sell it." This is a significant point for potential timeshare prospects to consider, as it speaks to the long-term commitment and exit strategies of such programs. Another review mentioned "pipes burst our last night and had no water into the next day," indicating potential maintenance issues, and noted that while "described as luxury, but did not get those vibes at all. It is also quite dated. Very musty smelling." These comments suggest that while the properties are generally "nice" and "clean," some areas, particularly in older buildings like the "west" building at Steele Hill, might feel dated and could have maintenance shortcomings. The lack of varied activities during "raining" weather (beyond indoor pools) was also mentioned as a potential drawback. However, positive comments frequently praise the cleanliness, the "great views," the "nice" pools, and the enjoyable outdoor activities like e-bike tours and hiking. The fact that it was "not very crowded" was also appreciated by one guest. For those considering a stay, particularly if it's part of a promotional package tied to a timeshare presentation, it's vital to fully understand the terms and conditions and to manage expectations regarding the age and style of certain accommodations. Overall, Path Resorts aims to provide a comprehensive and memorable vacation experience in the Lakes Region, offering a blend of natural beauty, diverse activities, and a range of accommodations.

Nov 15, 2023 · Seb AVery nice place, Loved the E bike tour with Christian. It was expensive, but it was really fun. I was the only customer on the tour and we zipped right along. Stopped at a few historic sites and had some great views. Pools are nice and everything is clean. I like the hiking trails and the organized hikes. We had a back deck with a great view, but the people below us were out there smoking all the time, so we did not use the space. It was not very crowded, which was nice.
Jul 13, 2022 · Good Ole Tom _Nice hotel. Older rooms, but the view is nice and quaint. Many activities are offered and the water park area is very nice!
Apr 23, 2024 · Pollyanna Leung98% of people that buy a timeshare from Path Resorts REGRET it. STAY AWAY. The timeshare they sell costs 20 to 40 thousand dollars over your lifetime AND THATS IF YOU PAY CASH AND DONT FINANCE. Just go once a year for 2 or 3 days... cost like 400 $ a wack if you do it that way. But the place is cutting corners anyways with the new kids that took over from their dad. The Red Jacket will be opening up again! Now that's a water park
Oct 09, 2023 · SpencerResort is nice. Gas grills to cookout. Many pools and hot tubs to relax. Lake at the bottom of the hill can rent a boat for the day or buy ice cream from the ice cream boat while on the sand bar. Lots of trails. Have a drink at the bar or eat at the restaurant.
