We stayed for three nights. Location is amazing, very walkable to everything. Rooms are clean and nice. Shower was spacious and updated. The desk agents also showed incredible customer service, making sure we had a great city view room. (I would definitely recommend a city view room.) My one complaint is that there’s no coffee available in the rooms; you have to purchase it from the restaurant. We would definitely come back!

Mar 25, 2025 · Laura SmithWe stayed for a night to explore the Aquarium and Faneuil Hall area. 2 adults and 2 kids, 9 and 13. Rooms large and clean. Beds comfortable. Shower above average. Plenty of towels and great front desk staff. Breakfast at in house restaurant, Joia, convenient and very nice
Apr 19, 2025 · Wally LongGreat location - even better staff! The folks working the desk when I checked in couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Had an unexpected layover and wanted a place to stay that was walking distance to lots of things - and this couldn't have been a better spot to stay. Loved the rooms, the vibe, the views, the location. Fabulous!
Apr 01, 2025 · Anne Margaret WhiteVery nice place to stay while in town. The front desk is very nice and helpful, giving us a map, list of recommended nearby restaurants, and a collection of things to do while in town. They use actual keys for the rooms which is a nice throwback. The T has a stop quite literally right outside the front door. And the 7-Eleven downstairs is convenient.
Apr 14, 2025 · Stephen HuntThe Harborside Inn was a perfect place to stay with an amazing location that would be hard to beat. We were able to walk everywhere, Faneuil Hall, the Aquarium even the TD Garden. If needed, there’s a subway stop outside the door. Our room was on the 8th floor with great view, quite spacious and extremely clean. Every staff member we encountered was professional, friendly and helpful, with a special shoutout to Danielle. We would happily return & highly recommend!
