Overall disappointed in our stay. The first issue being the room did not have functional AC. We called the front desk and sent maintenance to reset the unit. We went about our day and upon returning after dinner the room was still hot. We called to request a new room and the new room had the same issue. Maintenance came to the new room and found that the heating/cooling unit was set to heat. He reset it and assured us it would cool off in there. The room was 78° and never got cooler than 76°. Also, the hallway thermostats were set to heat and programmed for 90° so overall the building was hot. Secondly, access to a mini fridge is the standard across hotels. There was no mini fridge unless you wanted to pay an extra $20 fee. And lastly, we stayed on the 3rd floor and Saturday night there was a wedding and their reception hall is on the 4th floor. The sound from the DJ and dance floor reverberated all throughout our room until about 11pm. For the price tag on the hotel ($500/night) I had higher expectations. I won’t be returning and will not be recommending this hotel to anyone I know in the future.

May 18, 2025 · Hannah NeubauerOur stay was wonderful! The room was beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to Quincy Market and other key attractions. The self-parking across the street was super convenient, too. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning. Keep up the great work!
Apr 14, 2025 · Caroline ArroyoOne of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had whilst staying in the states. Everything from the cleanliness to the staff communication was very poor. The images on their website were clearly taken many years ago because our stay was completely different from what we expected. The rooms were grim, dirty and the overall hotel was in very bad condition. It’s a shame because the hotel is in a prime location, if only management invested in the upkeep and cleanliness of the hotel it could be better.
May 21, 2025 · K.K.Great location in the heart of Boston – right across from Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market. Super convenient for walking to major attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Perfect for anyone looking for a central and hassle-free stay.
May 16, 2025 · Amihay ShragaA total disappointment for the price, Staff has no care for safety check a person into our room at 3am on our first night while me and my wife were a sleep. Rooms are outdated with no amenities no mini fridge besides an overpriced snack bar. Staff would not bring towels or toilet paper when requested. They gave us “free” breakfast vouchers only to be billed $60 where half was an automatic tip. Only received an apology after requesting to speak to a manager on our last night and was told if we stayed again and spent more money he would give us a better experience Overall a waste of money and definitely our worst part of our trip to Boston
