Our room was huge! For 2 adults and 3 children we had tons of space. The rooms were very clean, the beds are comfortable with excellent pillows & linens. The staff were lovely and accommodating. Breakfast was small but fresh. The coffee wasn't the best and I couldn't figure out how to work the in room nespresso. The bar was fantastic with amazing drinks. My children loved the game room.

Feb 22, 2025 · Heather SteinFirst time staying at the Hasbrouck House. Very impressed I will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this place. Stayed one night room #9. The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get out. The bathroom floors are heated. The robes are very nice. Small charming room had everything we needed. Everyone at the hotel were so nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Took advantage of the sauna. Very enjoyable stay.
Feb 21, 2025 · Tina SepotI want to love Hasbrouck House, but it disappoints every time. My most recent stay was in February. When I arrived the room temperature was adequate. However by the next morning the heat in the room had been turned off. The radiators were cold to the touch. We tried calling the front desk but no one ever answered nor returned my calls. The next two days the outside temps were no higher than 30 degrees yet the heat never came on. Shameful for the middle of winter. Do better, Hasbrouck House, you have so much potential.
Mar 28, 2025 · L. B.I booked Hasbrouck House as a quick weekend trip out the city for my birthday for my boyfriend and I. I booked a rate that included a discount on a couples massage and a bottle of champagne in the room. First, I had tried calling several times and no once did anyone pick up the phone. I sent a request online and was proceeded to be told a couples massage wasn’t available on our preferred Saturday but could be done on Sunday, with an extended check out time so we confirmed the massages for Sunday. On Saturday morning while having breakfast, I received a text that we were late for our massage and that the therapists would be leaving. I went to the front desk and was told that whoever booked our massage made a mistake, and booked it for Saturday morning. Because the massage therapists are sub contracted, they couldn’t book the massage the next day either so we were no longer able to get massages at all. This was extremely frustrating as I would’ve been happy to do the massage on Saturday but was explicitly told we couldn’t so I’m not sure how this mistake even happened. Also, to send a reminder for our massage 15 minutes past the time we were supposed to be there is not productive. No one even explained to us where on site the “treatment room” is. The front desk representative was apologetic but when I asked about the rate upon checkout to make sure I wasn’t being charged for the massages she seemed to dismiss me and obviously didn’t care about how they could’ve made up for the mistake. There is an intense lack of presence on site, which is okay for some people but personally not my preference. The rooms had stains on some of the furniture, and the beds and pillows were caved in and uncomfortable and I think need to be replaced. Lastly, the door to our room was broken and anyone could just push the door in and walk right in. I told the front desk and it was never fixed. Luckily it’s in a quiet and safe area so we weren’t too concerned about it. It is a really cute hotel and in a great location but unfortunately I do wish that we had stayed somewhere else during this trip.
Jan 26, 2025 · Sarah McGurnI came here for a solo retreat over MLK weekend and was so impressed. The HH team has thought of every little detail and was so kind and accommodating. They allowed me to bring my dog who also had a blast and the surrounding area is so beautiful and charming. I HIGHLY recommend visiting Stone Ridge and staying as this comfy and beautiful inn.
