I wish they added more main course on their buffet menu. Steak and lamb chops was good to see on menu but very raw cooked. It was almost 20% cooked. Very raw. But place itself is to die for. Location is magical. Hiking trails, boats, garden, view definitely worth to go and see. I would go back 10 times more even if I had to stay hungry 😀😀😀🤣. Because it worth to see.

May 15, 2025 · Ilaha HosmanThis was an amazing experience. My company hosted an overnight retreat and we all loved it so much. The food was incredible. I'm vegan and there were so many options for us. The rooms have so much character. The place is huge. Unfortunately it was a rainy and foggy mess while we were there but regardless, we still had an amazing time. Highly recommend!
May 11, 2025 · Crimson PrimiciasI had a very strange experience during my stay. There was an issue with my room; the mattress had a hole in the middle, which I believe was due to it being very old. The staff changed my room without any problems, but unfortunately, the new room did not have a balcony or a fireplace, while all my coworkers' rooms had both features. I believe that if you are making a group booking and paying the same price for a room, then the rooms should be equal in amenities.
May 15, 2025 · VL HSFrom the beginning to the end, what an amazing mini stay. We were welcomed with an incredible view of a very elegant prestigious facility. The staff were outstanding, especially Lee in the concierge department. She went above and beyond to make sure every one of our services was booked and the meals were at the perfect time. Seriously, if you're considering coming, make the plans now. This place gets booked, and it's an adventure you don't want to miss. We will be back next year! Thank you again to everyone who made our vacation so special. The Bizien Family
Mar 30, 2025 · Deborah BizienThe rooms are really nothing to write home about, as this mansion is oldddddd. But the beds were surprisingly very comfortable! An upgrade from our last stay here. The food is MINDBLOWINGLY good - and maybe that’s in part because I’ve never seen a high standard for food at an all inclusive. Breakfast, lunch, dinner & drinks were a 10! Can’t beat the view - it’s the perfect reset. We went for a girls trip. We’re in our 30s and I will say that we were a bit out of place as most people there are in their 60s+. We got a noise complaint for getting ready for dinner with music on - 🤷🏻♀️ but to be fair the walls are a bit thin. The hikes were all but roped off at every turn (I think due to weather in March) but wished they told us that. Overall - amazing stay. Would recommend.
