They didn't care that I would be charged $300 for a room because I made a mistake. I asked to see if they would give me some type of credit or even points to use the hotel at a later date. They didn't even care.

Feb 09, 2025 · Bonnie FoxwellThe continuously-on internal bathroom fan (which cannot be shut off) was rattling so “loud” our bedroom wall was also continuously vibrating! We had a double bed room, so, one bed was against the vibrating wall! The bathroom fan vibration was also causing clumps of dust from the duck-vent to come into the bathroom throughout our two day stay that we had to keep cleaning. Made it incredibly hard to get any sleep which is the primary reason for any hotel stay. We reached out to the hotel staff and they claimed this was normal!?!? (response included). Anyway, hopefully, it was this one room we stayed at, as, I doubt this is normal for all their bathroom fans. The hotel is nice, convenient, clean with friendly staff. My particular incident and staff response thereafter made it an unpleasant experience which is why I gave only one star. I was hoping they could at least offer us another room which was not the case. I included a video as to debunk any misconceptions of exaggeration.
