We got in late and found our room had a stained couch and a clump of hair in the hair dryer. I was too tired to ask for a new room and had little faith the others would be better if this is what they gave us to start. I put towels over the weird couch stain and got rid of that gross hair clump. The next day I notice a weird stain on one of the pillowcases. I ask the lady at the front desk for fresh sheets and she said she doesn’t know if they change the sheets when they clean the room. I let her know the room was dirty when we checked in, the sheets were stained and we need new sheets. She seemed annoyed that we were not okay with dirty sheets, made a note and said they’d be changed. When we got back that night they had not been changed and the room had not been cleaned. Everything from the furniture to the sheets and towels looked and felt 30-50 years old. Never staying at a Hilton again. The only saving grace is everyone else on the staff was kind and friendly. It was only the older lady at the front desk on Saturday afternoon that was not helpful and ultimately rude in her passive aggressive smile as she made a note she never used.

Jun 08, 2025 · Luis Mercedes WinterFriendly welcoming staff kept the rooms and hallways clean and made our stay comfortable. The only thing I had an issue with was pulling into the parking lot because there is limited space to enter at an odd angle from the street. I couldn't help but notice all the tire marks on the curb from previous vehicles hitting the curb multiple times due to the limited space. Other then that I enjoyed my stay.
May 26, 2025 · Randy BanfiIt’s been a long time since I’ve stayed at a garden inn, but I have to say this truly should not have the Hilton name. The rooms: are cleanish/ but feel incredibly dated, And have a musk to them. Digital keys don’t work despite the desk saying they sent them multiple times, the physical keys barely worked- they said they were having issue which resulted in a lot of back And forth walking for me. No free breakfast- they feel having a restaurant (expensive) attached is enough. Lobby is very modern And beautiful- wish the rooms could have this look to them. The staff honestly seem very nice, they are just handcuffed by the challenges of the facility And equipment. Trying to buy a juice from their little shop in the meeting turned into a huge transaction of time And frustration instead of what should be simple. I would highly recommend you visit any other Hilton property. But garden inns you are going to get budget motel vibes. UPDATE 1: I wish I could say it got better. The restaurant is not good at all. This morning I got another juice from the market. Said I’d pay cash to make it easier but needed a receipt. I don’t look at the receipt. Just put it in my bag And go to walk out. Realize I left something in my room- ask the guy hey sorry can I get another key to my room my digital key never came through he says “yeah when we check you out it deactivated” when he gave me my receipt for the drink he checked me out of my room And gave me my full receipt -_- So the process took even longer checking me back in And getting me a card. Cannot make this stuff up.
Jun 04, 2025 · Drew CravenClean, great fan/air conditioning (we were definitely not hot in our room!), soft feather pillows. Our king mattress was too soft for our tastes, but we like a firmer mattress. Friendly, welcoming staff told us to call the front desk if we needed anything. The only drawback? No hand soap in our bathroom! 😆 We used shower gel as soap in the bathroom instead. Since we were only staying 2 nights on a weekend, we didn’t ask if hand soap was available from the desk.
Apr 07, 2025 · Molly CesarettiThe hotel was conveniently located for business. The bottom floor was nice. My room on the third floor needs to be redone. Restroom: there was a constant drip from the shower. The bathtub was stained. The flush the toilet, you had to hold the handle down and hoped it flushed. Main room area: the carpet looked like it needed to be cleaned. The mattress was older, but slept ok. The desk had some stains. Coffee: very limited selection. Hotel breakfast did not start until 7am and it was a restaurant style, order and wait. Since I had to leave for meetings very early, that was not an option. For someone who travels very frequently, the small stuff really does matter in starting or ending your day. I personally would not stay here unless I absolutely had to again. I never dealt with the staff so I cannot advise, but in reading other reviews, they seem to be very helpful.
