Mar 31, 2025 · Kelly NelsonI'm surprised at the negative reviews this hotel has gotten. I was easily able to get into my room as soon as I arrived by using my digital check-in. My room was clean and it looks to be recently remodeled. I had no issues with my heat or my water. The few questions I did have for the front desk were answered quickly and professionally. The parking lot has more than enough parking. There isn't anything close by to walk to but there are restaurants and stores within a 10 minute drive. I gave the hotel a four star because the rooms even though not connected are not well soundproofed. I could hear my neighbor next door when they coughed and a little bit of what they were watching on TV. But this was easily mitigated by using a sound machine app while I slept. Also I personally didn't love the shower set up. The glass does not close all the way to the walls. Which lets in a little bit of a draft.
Jan 12, 2025 · Asha GrayI visited this hotel briefly for an anime convention, and while I didn’t stay overnight, I had the opportunity to explore its facilities. The back lobby could definitely be larger to accommodate large crowds — during the event, it felt very cramped and difficult to navigate. The air conditioning was underwhelming, especially considering the number of people in attendance. It got uncomfortably warm, and stronger AC would have made the experience more pleasant. Additionally, the lighting near the elevators, especially on the upper floors, was quite dim and felt unsafe — it could really use improvement. The in-hotel restaurant was a bit confusing to navigate. The staff seemed inconsistent in enforcing policies about where you could sit or whether outside food was allowed in certain areas. Better communication and flexibility would go a long way. Overall, the hotel has potential, but these issues — lighting, climate control, and unclear policies — were noticeable during my visit. It may work better for smaller events or guests simply passing through, but for large-scale gatherings, some upgrades are definitely needed.
Dec 09, 2024 · Elyssa MusngiHi Donna, Stephanie, and Suzana, Brenda and I are so thankful for your major role in making The Inclusive Wedding Summit a success. First of all, it was such a delight to meet, spend time and get to know all of you. And every step of the way was done with care and flexibility. The food and servers were great, the room was comfortable and set up just the way we needed.
Feb 12, 2025 · Brian LawrenceThey accepted my reservation for a king bed, but when I arrived (at midnight, after driving 6 hours) they stuck me with 2 double beds. I spoke with front desk and Supervisor Connie claimed they’re all sold out (on a random Tuesday in December, and if I try to make another reservation I’m still able to?) , but still accepted my reservation and didn’t offer me anything for their mistake smh. Also stepped on a loose sharp screw in the room that easily could’ve gone into my foot if I didn’t react in time. Absolutely unacceptable. No microwave in room.
