Jan 12, 2025 · Kate-Lynn GuintoHotel was okay. Effort was made to keep things clean but still felt dingy. Sink was cracked, rust all over the bathroom door. Staff was hit or miss. A few staff members were very nice and helpful, but the majority were rude and dismissive. Water did not get very hot in the shower. The hottub at the pool needed to be requested to turn the heat on. The first day the staff lied and said it was on, after waiting an hour for it to heat up, it never got warm. The second day, the man gave me attitude about turning it on, but it did quickly heat up. Made to order breakfast was good but expensive. Room temperature was set to 58F degree when we arrived (outside temperature was 20F degrees- so heat should have been on!!). Our family had 2 rooms reserved. 1 room was ready for the 3pm check in and the other room was not ready so we had to cram into the 1 room and couldn't settle in/unpack until much later in the evening. Overall this is probably fine if you just need a place to sleep but the details left much to be desired.
Feb 21, 2025 · Samantha SchmatzI give three stars for the location because it is very conveniently located to a lot of things in the area, However, it is by a multi lane Parkway and they have absolutely no soundproofing on their windows so you hear the traffic from the cars in the rooms. I also have to give two stars for service because the gentleman who checked me in was lovely. And the room was clean and tidy. Unfortunately past there everything went downhill. I had a sub par experience and no one cared in the slightest. The fridge in my room was making a terrible racket to the point where I had to unplug it to be able to sleep and I have earplugs and White Noise playing and I could still hear the fridge over my white noise and my earplugs. I purchased a bottle of wine from the commissary because wine makes me sleep late unfortunately at 6:45AM I was awoken to the fire alarm going off in the entire Hotel. There was no fire. But we all had to evacuate and stand outside in the cold until nearly 8 in the morning. No apology was given, no explanation. When I asked for my wine to be comped because I spent 25 damn dollars on a tiny bottle in hopes of a nice sleep in which was ruined, I was completely ignored. I let them know about the noisy fridge and they did switch the fridge in my room out for a different one. Unfortunately, this fridge also made just as much bloody noise as the other one in a different way (high pitched whine) and I had to unplug it to get to sleep, again. I’m really not sure what the point of having amenities in the rooms are if they aren’t in a usable state. When they checked out they couldn’t have been more apathetic that I was upset. No question of how my day was barely even greeted me. Just gave me a receipt and that was that. I will not be staying here again
Mar 26, 2025 · Panda ValentineI would not recommend going this location! Service was horrible. No remote For tv in our room, had to call multiple times for them to deliver a remote and even asked front desk. Not only was hot tub jets broken but they wouldn’t turn up The heat for the jacuzzi at least so it can be warm: which I had to ask 3 times again and they finally did it both days we were there. Mind you I called before we booked to make sure jacuzzi was in service. NO towels in the pool room I also asked multiple times for towels 3 times before they gave them. we were freezing and waiting to dry off so we weren’t soaked. and they didn’t even restock next day. When they finally gave towels they were the half Towels and not for the body to Dry like bathroom towels. And then our room key stopped working and had to go down stairs to reset it because it was next to our “phone” which I never heard of before. I’m also 8 months pregnant and asked to get just two extra pillows so I can be elevated and Connie said she couldn’t do that ( which any hotel I’ve been too will always give extra pillows if needed.) I had to call her (Connie) again and tell her I am pregnant and really needed the two extra pillows. She finally said she will call Someone. The lady at the front desk named Connie was not Pleasant at all and no manager on site. and I will also be reporting this to corporate. We will not be coming back next time we vacation in New Jersey. Just want to let You all know before coming here to this locations Be aware of the service and Hotel etc.
Mar 23, 2025 · Amanda PanicoI am not sure how this hotel has a 4.1 star review on Google, the lobby of the hotel is well maintained and that is about the only thing. I stayed here this past weekend and will never go back, the air conditioner looked like it had never been cleaned, it was full of filth, the walls had visible water damage, and the shower had 0 water pressure and only got luke warm. I would normally request a room change but after an extremely long travel day and it only being a one night stay I sucked it up, but if you havent booked I would look for a different hotel!
